Literally every time I go, and I have attempted over 5, I have to wait 30 mins plus for my food. It does not matter if the line is empty, or packed. They are so rude, and when you get to the window they tell you to go to in the first place, then they ask you to back up, I'm assuming they don't want you looking at what they're doing. If only I could get back all the money I've spent here, I would just have gone back home and cooked the burger myself, and had it done faster somehow. Makes no sense, and I have worked fast food, in fact managed a Wendy's. The food comes out "decent" SOMETIMES, but half of the time it's just as bad as the wait. Unbelievable. The worst part is, if you place orders through the app like you are ENCOURAGED to do by every company, they won't give you a refund, and the company is absolutely awful with responses and will basically bounce you around until you get sick of it to avoid giving you a refund. I miss when Wendy's cared. Good luck to the brave folk who risk it and wait. 🤷♂️
They tell us to back up to the first window after telling us to come up to the second window and so I back up. I wouldnt have an issue with it but they never tell the people in line behind me to move up for their order. They just make us sit there at the first window while the line gets longer behind me and tell us to pull up when they are done. What is the point of that?? Workers too shy to let people see them preparing your food?!!? I only do mobile pickup orders, by the way. And they take forever to make your food. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes to pick up my mobile order. Love Wendy's, been going all my life over McDonald's and Taco Bell, but I am starting to highly reconsider my fast food options.

The treatment given to customers by the staff who attend the Wendy's Drive-thru located on Weston Rd is pathetic, they give you incomplete orders, they do not give you the sauces, this situation has happened to me multiple times, until I decided to report this , an angry, rude employee of Asian descent who gives you orders is rude and disrespectful...and gets upset if you ask for something additional, a very hostile treatment of customers

Went to grab lunch on my break and got a disgusting sloppy sandwich and after taking a few bites realized there was a hair on the tomato. Do not go to this Wendy’s, go to the la granja next door instead, cheaper and better food.
