Food is usually decent but consistently incorrect. The manager upon pickup of my last 3 orders kept telling me items were unavailable (onions, spicy nuggets, tomato, etc) however when I asked for the tomato that is supposed to come on the spicy chicken, he said they were out but someone corrected him & I was given the tomato. Makes me wonder what else was available to complete my order after he told me they didnt have it.

Im sorry i dont like to complain but for over 3 months this place never has tomatoes, they can never explain why they dont have any just that they are out. I talked to multiple people and each one gives a different answer. Sorry but a chicken sandwich without tomatoes is blaspheme.

I arrived here about 1pm on a lunch break and ordered a couple items through the Wendy's app. I ordered after an older white-haired gentleman for a couple items off the app. The young man who serviced me came off a tad bit annoyed with my use of the app. Eventually I got my food and was addressed after having gotten that food in a rather crude manner, whereas the older gentleman received his food with "thank yous" and "your welcomes". I was met with silence in this regard. It made me feel as if the young man with glasses at the front counter was indeed racist because black men may be looked down upon in Weston (I'm originally from Colorado). The treatment is why I give low stars to this Wendy's.

I ordered a #1 combo. Dave's single. Specifically said - no cheese, lettuce or pickles. She repeated my order to me and it was correct. When I got to my office with my order......The ONLY THINGS on my sandwich was lettuce and pickles. How do you screw that up???? I couldn't eat it and wasted $12.

Wow, my chicken sandwich was pretty sad looking. No tomato and lacking flavor. I wanted to call the store but since they don't include your receipt and the phone # posted on Google isn't accurate, this is the way to go. Wendy's I love you guys but please work on improvements!

Well it's okay. Today my meal wasn't great. Part of what I ordered was ice cold and I had to ask for everything.It seems new mgt is lacking in every way, that's visible. Since taking over their service isn't as good and it always seems to be a chaotic atmosphere between mgt, staff and the customers. Staff seems more concerned with hanging in the back chatting than with doing their job and the mgr probably shouldn't be one. She's nice enough but niceness doesn't make you a good mgr.The food is okay but with all the other stuff going on it makes me question how good it is "behind the scenes". I've worked in my fair share of restaurants so I can only imagine...Wendy's is probably my favorite fast food places and I also do blind taste tests for them. I love their menu. So it's unfortunate that they can't seem to keep a good Mgr at this location. It's also unfortunate that this is the only location that is close to where I live. After today's visit I will still go there, just not as often.Hopefully they will do something about the situation soon and restore this location to what it once was.

I’m only giving this a one star because it does not give me an option to give it zero stars or negatives. This has been the slowest experience I have ever had to order 2 4 for 4, two potatoes, and two burgers. For us to be in line for 15 minutes and once the food was ready, for them to have it wrong and us having to keep giving back our food so that they can give us the correct order, is disastrous. do better.

This Wendy’s has ants in their soda machine. Workers were told about the ants and no one got up from their conversations to clean it. Disgusting place and lazy workers
