This place is garbage this has to be one of the worst wingstops. I ordered my food at 12:45 about 15 minutes before they close drive my butt out there and they tell me when we had our friars off already.. I will never order from this place again and I will call their corporate because if they don't want to do their job they shouldn't be at work

Ordered for the family, 30 wings (spicy Korean bbq, lemon pepper and buffalo) and 3 large seasoned fries. All 3 flavor wings have weird aftertaste, like cardboard and none of the fries were seasoned, if they were, there was barely anything. I’ve been ordering wing stop for years from several locations, Weston has to be the worse one so far. I’ve gotten mix up in orders, 1 item here or there, but never had an order drop the ball completely.
I rather drive down to pines and wait the long line but I know my food will be good.

Im so disappointed. Staff was distracted because of some commotion going on with the cops I believe. My husband went to go grab our food. We got like 6 pieces of fries NO ranch and wings were stale. He had to drive all the way to Publix to go pick up ranch. You guys need to hire more mature staff and not little kids. Especially in a Weston location what’ a huge disappointment. Will not be going back. Worst wing stop I have ever been too.

Ordered take out 6 wings meal celery sticks, drink, $15.28 The wings are the size of McDonald chicken nuggets. Not exagerating. Not worth it at all.

We picked up an order and realized the blue cheese was missing when we got home. After calling to report it, they gave us a coupon. Once we got back home, we realized the coupon was expired. The food is okay for comfort food, but the customer service is very disappointing.

I know what you are thinking. 5 stars must be corporate BS. However on the contrary, I work at the Publix across the street and “everytime” I order from this place the food is quick and delicious. Like cooked right and sauced well. Great experience from my end 🤷

Watch out for price gouging...75 group pack cost $109.99 here when you can go to the Pine Island location and get the same thing for $94.39... I'm sorry but being 3 miles closer to me does not justify spending over $15 more for the exact same meal I can get at my usual location. I know you're in Weston but that pricing shouldn't be that ridiculously off....

I ordered a delivery from this new place in Weston, they forgot to put the sauces 🫤. I called to let them know and they put me on hold for 30 minutes until I hung up. Eating wings without sauce is disappointing.

They are not ready for the amount of orders and demand they are having, waited AN HOUR, for my order to be ready, 20 wings, 1 HOUR. Insane, need more staff or better logistics. Hopefully they get better
