This visit was probably the best fast food experience I have had in years. The manager, Ms. Samantha, was very polite, friendly, and professional. The food was hot and the establishment was very clean. This is something you don’t see often anymore. Ms. Samantha is doing a wonderful job at this location and the owners of this location should take note of her efforts.

Went here to order some food while me son was wrestling at the high school near by and a mid aged woman started arguing with me simple because i asked her if i could add a chicken sandwich to my order. I made sure to leave the food because she my put something in it.

I went to this BK today to have lunch with my grandfather, and it was amazing. Jana was polite and personable with us and to everyone in the lobby, made ordering very easy for my grandfather, and very efficient working the front. The manager was also doing very well getting people's food out to both the lobby and drive-through as quick as possible.
It was lunch rush (and the cook's first day) but the buns and patty were warm; the tomatoes, lettuce, and pickles were crisp and tasted incredibly fresh; and the fries were popping hot and nicely salted. 10/10 experience and will be going back!

We went through the drive today about 2pm. The lady came over the speaker & said we are short of help. There are only 2 of us so it will take a while to get your order. No one else was in the drive thru. Not sure about the inside. We were patient & sat & sat & sat waiting on them to take our order. Another vehicle drives up after we had waited all that time. Their order was immediately taken & they pulled around to pay. 🤬 We left & went to Subway.

Mrs. Randa is by far the sweetest. She made my sons day with a certain toy twice in a row and the were also very fast with drive through service

The food is always good. They are always short staffed, so there is usually a wait. They do a good job with the small amount of people. Cudos to you guys.

30 minute wait and still no hamburger nor 4pk chicken fries ready yet!! This is ridiculous!!!! It’s not rush time either…it’s 1:47 pm!!

The experience is consistent. Drive thru...pull up, no one in line...silence. a week ago, I pulled up and waited so long that I just left. Silence. 2 cars in the lot. This time, 5 minutes of silence, and then I said hello, waited a few minutes, then said hello louder. At this time, he then said he would be right with me. Again....nobody else in the drive thru. Got to the window and greeted well, and then waited longer. That's the thing about fast food....u kind of want it fast. If they were any slower, they would be going in reverse. I'm patient, but this consistency has got to stop. If this business is a reflection of burger King training.....then more training and help is needed. Corporate, please give this store attention and seriously develop a better work strategy and classes on time management. This review is me being delicate with constructive criticism. I hope someone listens. Understood this is a little country town in the woods, but with more training and the right people, this could be a successful burger King. Good luck.

Ive seen 5 or 6 people at the counter waiting to place an order and 2 employees trying to keep it going while one employee talked to someone in a car for at least 10 mins. The manager outside smoking cigarettes! 4 cars in the drive thru for 15 mins waiting to place their order! Hire me as a manager! I would save the place

I think they have one person working. Taking orders, making food, everything. 30 minutes in the drive thru with one car in front of us. Next time, 15 minutes in drive thru with one care in front of me, and left. Went down to subway, went inside, got my food made, left and drove back by BK and that car in front of me was still there waiting on food. Burger King needs to step in at this location. It is pitiful for such a new location.
