The employees are always very nice and smiling. The lobby has dirt in the floor sometimes but the staff seem to always be on it with a broom and trying to restock when I come in. That new manager seems to know what she’s doing. I wouldn’t have gave this place any stars 2 months ago but was told to give them a try again and was very happy I did,

Worst service ever. I've been here twice and both times was terrible. They panic if there is more than 3 customers, they are so disorganized. Don't wast your time stopping here unless you enjoy sitting in a drive through and have 30 minutes to kill.

I am an ex employee if you want food that will send you to the bathroom in 2 hrs go ahead and eat there. Nothing is properly cleaned their, mold inside of the ice cream machine and mold in side the tea pots but go ahead and eat there if you want to, also a hostile work place bosses, yelling and screaming at you..

This is the BEST burger king I've ever been to. Simply tidy, and the people care. It's never busy. Me and my mom love eating here! NOTHING LIKE THE BURGER KING IN DOTHAN. ❤️❤️❤️
Please give us something else! Everything is always cold, even if you had to wait over 30 minutes. Apparently they never get any inventory either. Don't try to make custom choices on your sandwiches because they certainly don't read the slips to accommodate the order. First fast food restaurant here, and what do you know? ?
Stood at the counter for 10 minutes, no hello, no how are you?, no, we'll be right with you, and the bad thing is that I was the only customer in the lobby at 1 in the afternoon.

Tried to go through drive through and was told it going to take to long to do an order then I told them I did online and then she stopped talking and I waited 5 more minutes at the drive through speaker then pulled around and she came to the door and locked it before I could come in they are stupid there

Employees not in uniform at all. Sit at drive through window for 35 mins before I had to pull to the first window just to get my order taken. No one had a head set. No apologie or anything. Worst service I've ever seen and I've been in fast food for 15 years. Some one needs to step in and make a change or just shut this place down.
