In the last year this restaurant has gone down hill. Took a hour to get a order for 3 people that was done on line and as always was not right. If there was anywhere else that was open in wewa we would not eat here. Do not recommend unless you want cold food made what ever way they want to.

They are begging for help, "now hiring" signs and yet when I applied and received a time for an interview, I waited 15mins past my interview time and the general manager, knowing why I was there, kept looking at me but avoided talking to me, stayed in the bathroom for 10mins, and finally after waiting for so long, the GM called me to the counter and proceeded to tell me that she isn't doing interviews. Very unprofessional and rude.Also, the food is usually cold and nasty. DO NOT RECOMMEND! I'd give it 0 stars if I could.

They were terribly understaffed. The ones working did there best. Two highschool aged sisters and a Guy, maybe manager. They worked hard to keep us satisfied.

Sat there for 20 minutes in the dining area watching the 3 ring circus happening behind the counter. Had enough and exited without service. Return visit and no ice milkshake machine down food was barely edible. Will not be in my future choice of quick food to get.

I'm not to complain I had to leave ..do a few things and come back.. they were backed up. It of my opinion that they staff according to average traffic... Then when a rush occurs they are under staffed. But the food was BURGER KING.

They get high marks for consistency. Use drive thru usually issues the same over and over. I should know by now. Mo one in drive up but takes 3 to 7 minutes to take the order and then you wait for it to be "cooked" . This time the brought the wrong order to the pickup. When corrected fries were barely warm and mushy. Ok did I mention that I actual wanted onion rings. THEY WERE OUT OF ONION RINGS. Not uncommon accuracy. The spices chicken was overwhelmed by the cold bun. Had to add for beverage napkins and ketchup. I should know better but I always hope they will get their act together. The nearest other BK is 35 miles away.

Look, idk why I keep even trying here. Probably cause it’s the only place open late for food. Hell, it’s practically the only thing in town. But every single time I go, the food is wrong. Tonight I ordered a chicken sandwich, asked for bacon, Swiss, and honey mustard on it. Got home, it only had the chicken itself and lettuce. It already took forever to get the food and I get it, they are short staffed but it still took forever and I’m not going back. The attitudes are less than pleasant. Again, probably people giving them hell because of wait times but that doesn’t mean you have to take it out on every customer. Asked for ice in the cups because lobby was out of ice, straight up eye rolled. Want me to come behind the counter and get the ice myself? Cause I’ll do it.
