If long waits, cold fries, and bad service is what you want, this is your place. They are always out of something. Management does not care and will catch an attitude rather than assist a customer, just like the staff. It happened to me and I have watched them do the same to others, but I am so done. I will never return to this location and warn you to do the same.

My breakfast was so fresh and tasty, service was top tier. My. Biscuit sandwich was the BEST I've ever had from any burger king. As a trucker that says alot, I've been to BK in so many states. This one is now my favorite

I visited this Burger King and it was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had.

The restaurant was extremely dirty and had a strong unpleasant odor, which already raised serious concerns. The food took a long time to come out, but the most alarming part was watching employees prepare food without any protection, not covering their mouths or hair, laughing and talking while handling the food.

This complete lack of hygiene and professionalism immediately killed my appetite. The experience was so uncomfortable that I decided not to eat and never return to this location.

This place urgently needs better cleanliness standards, proper food safety practices, and stronger management supervision. Customers deserve a clean and safe environment when it comes to food.

I do not recommend this location.

They took the time to separate the meals out for each of my orders so that way I can pass them out while I was driving so we can enjoy the food on the go

It took a long time before they answered the speaker and came to the window, and they didn't realize we had drinks (app order) until I reminded them even though we only had 4 total items. Sign was not lit up so we weren't sure they were open (5:30pm). Not the friendliest place but did the job

When we starting ordering our food, the cashier kind of nasty, looking at us with unpleasant face no good morning or welcome to Burger King.
We had a lunch at this Burger King post and I asked for unsweetened tea, the cashier point to me where it's located. The tea container is a little bit open on top and I open it it was rusty inside and bubbly on both sweet and unsweetened container.
I made a mistake not telling them or at least ask for the manager.

First of all the manager should look every hour and check the premises for cleanliness.
Someone in the main office should inspect every Burger King place without letting them know. That's the way they would know if the store is following Burger King guidelines.

The to go window person was extremely rude. Acted like she was doing ma a HUGE favor by waiting on my. The drive thru wait was extremely long like close to 15 minutes and only one car in front of me.....my breakfast sandwich was old. My croissant bread stick to the wrapper......I was truly sorry I even stopped. I eat breakfast with BK about 3 times a week and lunch about 4 times a week. You really need to do better.
