I came into the Burger King on 7 mile drive on Monday. The cashier named courtney that took my order was wonderful, very polite, very respectful and got my order correct. . I hope she sticks around for a very long time. Cause she is a wonderful person.

I ordered two of the BBQ Brisket whopper’s. They were awful. The brisket was mushy and tasted like mushy cardboard. I was so looking forward to this burger and was seriously disappointed. Positive note. The counter person was very nice.

Service was slow. I was behind 3 cars. I didn't actually time it, but it seemed like it took about 20 minutes to get to the window. I expected that after the wait that my order would be ready, but no, it was several minutes before they brought my order of 2 whoppers and 2 large onion rings. They must have a staffing problem of some sort.

Got the new BBQ brisket and didn't even taste it nor barley even had any on my sandwich had more nasty fried onions then anything sad part is I had order 3 of the BBQ brisket meals and all sandwiches was the same way

Food was cold it was two hamburger they didn't even microwave it , fries were old , the multicolored hair lady didn't seem very happy , but it looked like they were short staffed , because she was working both windows but no microwave for my burgers really, but other than that it was fast , easy to put cold old shit in a bag.
