The food was great, I actually ate just a regular double cheeseburger and it tasted like the good ol days growing up. The customer service isn't much to brag about including the atmosphere, the place is never clean like it should be, makes me not want to go to that location anymore.

Terrible impolite screaming person in the kitchen named Liz. She yelled at people in the drive thru and the kitchen staff. It was awful. I was at the counter and finally asked her to stop yelling. She asked the poor boy at the counter to give me my money back and l asked the name of the woman . We left with no food!! I told him I am sorry he has to work in those conditions. It wax terrible.

Medium here costs $3.29. That pretty much what you would pay at a restaurant with waiters or waitresses. Gas stations are cheaper than this. That’s not even a large drink either. McDonald’s medium is like $1.50 or $1 during promotions.

I understand working sucks, but please don't take it out on those around you. General atmosphere was luke warm, and almost rude. Inside was great, whoever answered the phone>not so much.
Adding to review. Different day, different staff, low quality still. I've had better at other burger kings, and prefer to drive the distance if the craving pops up. Soggy lettuce, super greasy wraps, a cup's worth of mayonnaise on the sandwiches, incorrect drinks rung up, etc. The American dream, convenience.

Ordered the new cini minis and didn’t get the frosting for them. My coffee was 70% milk with a dash of coffee and mocha. Severely understaffed in the morning. Honestly a let down considering how expensive drive thru is nowadays.

I came into the Burger King on 7 mile drive on Monday. The cashier named courtney that took my order was wonderful, very polite, very respectful and got my order correct. . I hope she sticks around for a very long time. Cause she is a wonderful person.
I like that BK has good offers on their app. Order on the app and go through the drive thru and get free stuff.

I ordered two of the BBQ Brisket whopper’s. They were awful. The brisket was mushy and tasted like mushy cardboard. I was so looking forward to this burger and was seriously disappointed. Positive note. The counter person was very nice.
