First time at restaurant. The atmosphere was nice. The service was not great. They apparently were busy but it took almost an hour to get our food. Pasta was overcooked and some dishes the food was cold. Not the best experience.

I ordered 2 large pizzas on the phone to pick up for a party. When I got there they had 1, not 2 pizzas. I had to wait for her to make another while she waited on other people. The one pizza that was done early was put in their oven to keep it warm. When we got it home, it was over cooked and tough.! No one ate it. They should have made 2 fresh pizzas, not put one in the oven to overcook while I waited. Also, she treated it like …OH Well…. No sorry, anything. I won’t go back there again.

I’m a bit confused as to why this place has any good reviews! As soon my family and I walked in I felt as if I was not supposed to be there ! There was a large party that we were sat next to and they stared at us the whole time we were eating! I asked the waitress what she suggested since this was our first time and she acted like she would rather be anywhere else than at our table. The food is expensive and for that amount of money I expected to be blown away, I was not! It was mediocre at best! I would rather pay that much for quality service

Love this restaurant! Food is terrific, service is wonderful, and atmosphere is the best!! intimate little “grotto“alcoves makes you feel like you are in Italy. My husband and I have brought friends and family and have been to Napolinos numerous times. Can’t say enough about it!
Parking: Numerous, easily accessible and parking is absolutely no problem.

We had a really good meal there, but then when I went back to look at the health inspection, I saw that they were closed down this year for rodents
Oh my goodness, food was amazing! Vinny our server was on point through refills and getting our food out. I normally am not a big fan of cheese ravioli but I got the Tour of Italy and I couldn't complain about anything I ate. If you haven't been here you gotta stop in and try it. This was our first visit and definitely not our last!!!

Paying almost $31 for an entree of pescatore. I asked for extra clams and extra scallops in my order the waitress confirmed that my order should have extra what I asked for. I even left a $4 tip because this was a pickup orders so I assumed that my food was going to be correct period only to get back home and find that I have even less clams and scallops in my order. There's supposed to be two scallops and about six clams, unfortunately my order came with one scallop and three clams for $31. This place lost my business forever.
