I dont get the attraction to this diner. It's typical greasy breakfast with mediocre coffee and $40.00 for 2 standard breakfasts. I know patrons have been to real diners before and Darrells isn't close. Diners generally have comfort food items like hot turkey platters, meatloaf etc. Large portions and reasonable prices. Darrells is an egg, burger, and BLT place, that's it. I guess us transplants have forgotten what diners are. Have you seen a milk shake maker anywhere? The Villages area is so desperate for restaurants, I guess most people will go anywhere. I can say the wait staff is very good.

Drive past all the chains right off highway exit. Follow Google to navigate you to where all the old timer locals enjoy great service and food daily.
This hit the spot for us as we were driving from Saint Pete back to Georgia. We wanted a nice and quick breakfast.
We both ordered omelettes and they were out in a jiffy, tasted great and the portion size was better than most out there. Hands down beats the Cracker Barrel we passed!

All of the Darryl’s Diners have a similar continuity and vibe. This one was no exception. This is my second time here and the girls are just great and the atmosphere is lively and quick. I love sitting at the counter and I love Daryl‘s chicken salad, so that’s what I had today 10 out of 10 as usual.
I've been in citer ones. But great breakfast. Same expectations as other Darrels diner and didn't disappoint. I've never had lunch but my husband said it's been good dinner food.

We eat at the Darrell’s in Bushnell, always good food. We stopped at this one in wildwood fo lunch. I had cheese steak sub. Very dry, meat tasted like the steakums in a box from the grocery store. Cole slaw tasted like it had expired. Husbands Patty melt tasted old and dry. Very disappointed. Good luck on your new Restaurant, hope you improve your meals. Or you will end up closing.
