Excellent diner food and our server was fantastic and immediately came to our table and brought coffee. Breakfast food was very good. Wish they had specials like I saw online but remember the old menus are mostly listed elsewhere. I'm going to do my best to get you photos and a picture of the menu. Just take highway 301 from Wildwood near the Villages and head on down. Servings good. Prices good but specials would get Mama and I back again and again!

So we are from ocala fl and on our way to webster Fl ( yes, flea market, lol ) . Short story. We stopped eating at Darrell's in ocala cause just not to out liking. It's too long to get the food. Average customer service and the atmosphere is too blaaaa . Know this Darrell's I recommend. The food was amazing. Took less than 15 min to get the food . And that atmosphere was more welcoming. The customer service was over the top. Ever waitress had a smile. Creating people and saying have a nice day,even if they weren't our waitress. The prices were very reasonable. Go thier and experience it for yourself.

It wasn’t the cleanest place I have ever eaten. I ordered grits and was expecting “real” grits from a “diner” instead I received instant. No one else’s meal was pleasing either in a group of 3. I should really give it a one but since it was our first visit I am hoping it is not a normal situation.

Pros: Waitress was wonderful. Very attentive. Food was just ok.
Cons: in serious need of a remodel. Water dripping from the ceiling and there was a musty smell that hit us hard just walking in.
Wasn’t very clean overall and the prices were a bit high for what you were getting. Almost $4 for a glass of chocolate milk? For those prices, you should keep your building more updated imho.

3 of us stopped in Sunday morning for breakfast, it was busy, and the staff was very efficient in getting everyone seated quickly. My omlette was fluffy and had a nice amount of fixings inside. The toast was thick and toasted perfectly. The others with me enjoyed their meals also. There is a note on the menu that all prices are cash, and an additional charge will be added for credit cards, I don't agree with this, but at least they tell you up front. We will return.
The hamburgers are refreshingly homemade, the BLT really is worth it but the onion rings, oh my, my... Now the ladies that serve, they let you know you and your business are appreciated.
