This place is awful! Customer service needs to be taught. I placed an order thru my app. I remember selecting NO whip topping. The order must have glitched and didn’t go thru that way. When I noticed the whip topping I let them know I didn’t want it. The girl got so mad she argued with me. She kept saying the sticker says whip topping. I told her I don’t care what the sticker says. There must have been an issue with the app cause I clicked that I didn’t want it. But she kept gripping about the sticker. Like dang lady, it’s not coming out of your paycheck! She finally made another one but didn’t add the cinnamon and caramel. I will NOT ever go back to this place!!

Rude rude rude!!! Corporate contacted. Lady taking orders at 730 this morning was straight hostile, argumentive and down right rude. Interrupted me while ordering. Gave me the wrong size then wanted me to wait for the correct size and be issued a refund and recharge for correct size after sitting in the drive thru for over 30 min to start with. I got there 30 min earlier than I normally do because of how busy it's been lately. 3 cars ahead of me and was in drive thru for well over 30 minutes and made me late to work. Talking about a customer at the open window to other employees is disgusting behavoir. If u hate ur job, pls find one u like. It's early, we want coffee not bad attitudes and hostility. Kindness goes a long way.

Extremely slow service to get food. Extremely rude employee working drive through at 9:05 am on 10/15, I believe her name is Lynn if I read correctly. This employee gave me the wrong donut, so I asked for the correct one. She took the bag out of my hands in a very aggressive and annoyed manner. She did not wash her hands in between touching peoples money, the drive through window, and the register before reaching her hand into my bag full of donuts, digging around to find the incorrect one, taking it out, putting it back on the shelf, then putting in the correct donut, but it was extremely stale. Took us 10 minutes to get an order of hashbrowns. Gave me 1/2 slices of bacon on my avocado toast, yelled at me when I asked for more saying I’d need to pay more money to get what I ordered correctly made. In the end I only got one correct donut out of three, treated badly by employees, and bacon avacado sandwich with more avacado than bread, and half a piece of bacon (I played Tetris with it, it was literally only half a piece of bacon), blamed for my order being wrong and not taking 10 minutes. Horrible dunkin, I have never been treated that way by a dunking employee ever. This location needs to fix their staff asap because they attitudes are all disgusting.

I'm a daily dunkin drinker, always ordering the same coffee. I go out of my way to avoid certain Dunkins due to the fact they water down or never get my order right... This Dunkin in particular ALWAYS gets my drink correct in a timely manner, with a smile on their faces. 10/10

I'd give this place zero starts if I could. Came in on Sunday 10/27/24 and man, what a terrible crew working. Yells twice at me to come down closer to the drive through to order, ok no problem, can I at least look at the menu before you scream at me from the grill ma'am? Second time there and definitely the last. Coffee wasn't even good the first. What a terrible place. Sure ain't no Starbucks. They know how to at least hire pleasant workers, no matter how busy they are! Terrible terrible service.

This location lacks anyone with any customer service skills. No one is happy, they never smile. I go there almost everyday. I am now going to go to the Belleview location. Today I went in and they were busy- but no one even recognized I was there. A "I'll will be right with you" would of been great. I stood there for 10 minutes and not one employee said a word to me. Even just a little nod, a smile or eye contact and I would have waited a little longer before I just walked out.

I got the combo. The sandwich did not taste good. I would describe it as a rubbery flavor. Highly disappointed. I should have went with first choice 2 donuts. Oh well...strange bacon or eggs..not sure. Definitely don't recommend the sandwich combo for breakfast. The only thing good was the hashbrowns

Will steal your money!!!!! I am an avid dunkin drinker, I travel for work and dunkin is always my go to. However, last time I went I noticed on my receipt it said change due $4.xx. but I paid with a credit card, so why would I have change? Further investigation found the cashier tendered my card for more than what the total was (was 6.49) to get change back. I tried calling them, no one answers. I brought the receipt into my local dunkin, which confirmed this location overcharged to get change back. Be careful using your cards here, heck it may just be better to order on the app to avoid any fraud.

Went by here after work. The donuts were EXTREMELY dry and looked very sad. Literally walmarts donuts that are pre-frozen and baked fresh every day are better than this. $7 for 4 donuts.. I could have gotten a dozen at Walmart. Definitely won't be going back! On top of it staff refuses to answer the phone for me to see when they are baked fresh!
