The air was a sign on the women's restroom that said out of order, toilet does not flush.However, I went inside and flushed.The toilet and it worked fine. I ordered ten doughnut holes and they only gave me eight. Also one of the cashiers was vaping while she was at the register. I am not happy with this location.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location. I ordered a sandwich that is supposed to come with three pieces of bacon, but I was only given one. When I politely asked about it and requested the correct amount, the employee argued with me instead of correcting the order. She then shut the drive-thru window in my face, which was extremely rude and unprofessional.
While we were at the window, my mom asked for cream cheese with her bagel, and the employee told her to drive around again, saying “ain’t no add-ons at my window.” Since when is cream cheese not permitted with a bagel? That response made no sense and was unnecessarily dismissive.
On top of all that, employees were coming into work wearing bonnets, which felt unsanitary and unprofessional for a food service environment.
Mistakes happen, but the attitude, lack of basic customer service, and overall unprofessionalism were unacceptable. This location seriously needs better training and management.

This google review is a love letter for the Dunkin’ Manager: Tamisha.
On more than one occasion I have witnessed her working BOTH the drive-thru and front ALONE.
She works quietly and patiently without complaint.
I am humbled by her work ethic and proud to say that she didn’t share this with me, I witnessed first-hand and I asked.
She has wonderful staff and leads them with love and kindness.
Shout out to: Simone, Latisha, Autumn, Tramani, Jovanni, and Trenton.
I don’t know specifically why she works alone on some early mornings? I hope that this review finds corporate/a district manager and that she is assisted with whatever needs she may have.
Dunkin’ helps me run.
Tamisha makes THIS Dunkin’ location run smoothly.
Hardworking, ethical, dedicated employees are hard to find. I hope that she is recognized.

The manager tamisha was very rude , she did not give me any time to order my food . All I heared was “ anything else “ instead of being patient . There was no one in drive through and it took her 20 minutes just to say “ what can I get you today “ instead of “ welcome to Dunkin would you like to try “ I have came to this Dunkin a lot and she’s always rude .

Maycee had the worst attitude I have ever encountered in the service industry.
Very unprofessional, rude and mean.
She obviously doesn't like her job and takes it out on customers. We asked for a decaf coffee and didn't ask ice or hot and when it was made wrong she had to remake it. She was rude from the beginning

The lady who’s usually there in the morning is the RUDEST person. ALWAYS getting my order wrong. Asked for an iced Cappuccino and they gave me a latte… I ask for sugar free vanilla syrup, they give me regular vanilla syrup. They don’t know how to make coffee.

Weighted over eight minutes for 2 drinks and donut holes in the drive through and they made the wrong drink.And when they finally made the right drink, it was only three quarters away full.And I got an attitude when I had to ask what was taking so long

You should tell your staff that it's not polite to sit there and talk badly about people when customers are sitting outside the window or in the restaurant
Great service but the men’s room is out of service so that brings a whole new kind of ick to using the bathroom.

If I could leave a negative 5 star I would; completely unprofessional. The lady taking my order tried to argue with me because she wanted to be right. I asked for crispy bacon and she told me she doesn’t work in the back so she wouldn’t know. I was giving the thinnest, floppiest pieces. I paid for 2 orders and I MAYBE got 6 small slices of bacon combined. I tried calling numerous times to speak to a manager and no one picked up. I will be in tomorrow to get a FREE replacement!

The service from this place is absolutely terrible. If I could give zero stars, I would, and this is coming from a server. Every single time I go there, the employees are ALWAYS rude for quite literally no reason. I used to go here every morning for my coffee on my way to work but switched to a different location after 1 too many times of getting a rude employee in the drive thru window. Two days ago I was passing through with my husband and we decided to give it another try and we were happy to get some coupons specific to use at this location. Well, the next time we stopped through and tried to use the coupon, we waited in line for twenty minutes, with only one car ahead of us, just to be told that she can’t take our coupon. She was extremely rude about it when I asked if there was a reason why. What is the point of giving out coupons if they don’t actually work lol
Now I know how to handle customer service as I stated above, I’ve been a server for over 10 years now. These employees are just downright disrespectful and rude. If i owned this place, I would fire every last person that worked here, including the manager who is the rudest of them all. I’m extremely understanding of someone having a bad day. I tip, I’m polite and I’m respectful. All I ask is for is good service. Shame on these guys.
