The lady who’s usually there in the morning is the RUDEST person. ALWAYS getting my order wrong. Asked for an iced Cappuccino and they gave me a latte… I ask for sugar free vanilla syrup, they give me regular vanilla syrup. They don’t know how to make coffee.

Weighted over eight minutes for 2 drinks and donut holes in the drive through and they made the wrong drink.And when they finally made the right drink, it was only three quarters away full.And I got an attitude when I had to ask what was taking so long

If I could leave a negative 5 star I would; completely unprofessional. The lady taking my order tried to argue with me because she wanted to be right. I asked for crispy bacon and she told me she doesn’t work in the back so she wouldn’t know. I was giving the thinnest, floppiest pieces. I paid for 2 orders and I MAYBE got 6 small slices of bacon combined. I tried calling numerous times to speak to a manager and no one picked up. I will be in tomorrow to get a FREE replacement!

The service from this place is absolutely terrible. If I could give zero stars, I would, and this is coming from a server. Every single time I go there, the employees are ALWAYS rude for quite literally no reason. I used to go here every morning for my coffee on my way to work but switched to a different location after 1 too many times of getting a rude employee in the drive thru window. Two days ago I was passing through with my husband and we decided to give it another try and we were happy to get some coupons specific to use at this location. Well, the next time we stopped through and tried to use the coupon, we waited in line for twenty minutes, with only one car ahead of us, just to be told that she can’t take our coupon. She was extremely rude about it when I asked if there was a reason why. What is the point of giving out coupons if they don’t actually work lol

Now I know how to handle customer service as I stated above, I’ve been a server for over 10 years now. These employees are just downright disrespectful and rude. If i owned this place, I would fire every last person that worked here, including the manager who is the rudest of them all. I’m extremely understanding of someone having a bad day. I tip, I’m polite and I’m respectful. All I ask is for is good service. Shame on these guys.

I wish I had read the reviews for this Dunkin location before wasting my time. Was traveling home on I-75 and we needed something to eat to get us through the last 70 miles. Long story short, we are “frequent fliers” at the Dunkins in Lakeland FL and it’s always a pleasant experience at any location. Not here at this Dunkin! I consider myself a pleasant person, but after my order for food and drink got completely messed up, then I got reemed out (who does this to a customer?) by one of the females that was preparing food. I halted everything and requested a refund. The two ladies working that shift were totally flummoxed and couldn’t operate any registers to refund my credit card. They had to call a manager on the phone for directions, and even then they could not figure it out. I think I stood there for 15 minutes before the second call to the manager took place and the more calm women FINALLY produced a receipt showing my refund. So, after leaving empty handed and holding back my anger at being treated like crap, I am surprised this place is even still open for business. The workers and management should be ashamed.

I can hear today to get donuts and my daughter needed to go potty. After seeing the rest room and front door and the floors I did not purchase any thing. It’s unbelievably gross. I have been to this location before. The service has been so slow and very limited choices because they don’t have any donuts. But the front is normally clean. This is ridiculous!

Been to this location a few times, I've ordered both donuts and other menu items, mainly breakfast. I've also been through here in the early morning (7-8am) and evening hours (5-6pm), tried the best of both worlds.

More often than not, the food was usually cold and clearly had sat there for awhile, the donuts were slightly better but not by much. Nowhere near fresh, even early in the day. Haven't tried their drinks yet but that's about all I would recommend getting from this spot if you did come here.

The staff I've encountered here seem okay but it's always difficult to communicate with them. The cashier taking orders at the counter was often a bit standoffish, and there'd be times when employees were standing in the back talking while customers stood at the counter waiting to order. If you say something to try and get their attention they just stare at you, or turn back to their conversation. I understand not everyone has the best time at work, everyone has their bad days but it's the same every time I've visited, even months apart.

I certainly don't think I'll be coming back, the last 2-3 times I've stopped were more or less the same experience. Seemingly in need of new management or team.

I was very thankful that when we pulled up, there was not a line, but was unfortunately proven wrong when it came to the wait time it seemed like it was pulling teeth or performing brain surgery to even get an order in the confusion with my refill cup and a frozen drink was understandable what was not understandable was having to re-reset my order almost 4 or five times and it’s still not being correct. Definitely a very easy pleasing go happy person and this definitely tested my patience today. If you’re going to go to work on a substance maybe you should take the day off because the cashier was definitely having trouble understanding what we wanted and having a very hard time using her register. Was told they couldn’t do a frozen mocha with 4 pumps of mocha. 😳 I’m just confused more than anything. The sandwich I ordered looks like the photo below. 👇 I just don’t understand. The food taste like propane..
