Lady that takes your order is extremely rude.We pull up to the window and she says “whatchu want”. Proceeds to be rude the entire time.

Sat at the drive through for several minutes with no communication. When I finally said hello a couple times, a woman said "give me a minute" very rudely. When I got to the window she didn't even look at me, she just took my money and handed me my coffee without saying anything. When I asked for some cream and sugar she still didn't say anything and just went and got it and handed it to me without a straw or stirrer. So I asked for one, again not a word from her. Usually people at least say thank you or whatever. She was not a pleasant person. And my coffee tasted terrible. 3/28/24

Ehhhh. That's it. I've only been there once and don't plan on going back if I find myself their in the future for some reason I may update, however current nothing to be impressed about or stop for if you can wait to get gas station coffee and/or donuts.

Cashier was rude. ordered 2 BACON egg sandwiches & got 2 SAUSAGE sandwiches, instead. Only one other customer in the store. THIS is the reason i never order food, just the drinks. anything more & it's 2 much confusion? ?

Worst experience and food I’ve ever had. One person actually working, one using his cell phone and make drinks, one lazy worker she said your welcome while sliding our food bag on the counter. Absolutely blown away

I went through the drive thru to order what I ALWAYS order. I told the male that took my order I wanted 2 sugared donuts and a hot MEDIUM coffee light and sweet with 9 SUGARS the male even repeated my order. I get to the window and a girl name Tamisha took my payment. She hands me a small coffee so I asked her “is this a medium coffee?” She replied telling me it’s a small coffee I told her I asked for a medium she asked on the headset what size coffee I ordered and the guy told her a small. Tamisha then tells me everyone heard a small. I told her fine I’ll take it however you out 5 sugars and I would like more sugar she didnt want to take the coffee back and tells me well you said light and sweet. I then informed her I did order a medium with 9 sugars I got a small so I would want more sugar added. With an attitude she took my coffee and had the male that took my order give me my coffee. Very unprofessional now I see why people rather go to Starbucks then go to Dunkin’ Donuts. POV these employees are there because of the customers. If they get no customers they will not have a job. If you don’t like people don’t come to work it’s that simple. Get you a career where you don’t have to be in contact with people. Treat people how you want to be treated because one thing about me is I’m going to talk to you how you talk to me SIMPLE.

In there at 930 am trying to purchase five dozen donuts and the lady behind the counter was extremely rude ! “That must be ordered ahead of time “ .. I travel and have bought many many times without a preorder .. NO PROBLEM!I found a local bakery right down the rose that filled my order with a smile .Guess where i will go in the future .
