3/27/24 Had lunch at the Wildwood location today, and it was not good. The bathroom was dirty, the Italian wedding soup had no meatballs, and my cup was half full. Sandwich was sloppily made...the restaurant is packing them in but I won't return for a while. Expect value for money paid...going downhill at this location.

We have been to First Watch a few times recently. Consistently, food has been sent back for being uncooked or over cooked. The women’s bathroom floor is very grimy which is unpleasant to say the least. My group will not be going back.

Food and Service is great. However, bathroom was not very clean, floors were dirty, soap had splashed all over the floor from the motion activated dispenser, the waste basket was overflowing , and the water came out very slowly from the motion activated faucet, making it hard to rinse soap off my phands. To top it off, the toilet seat bracket on one side in back was broken, so it would slide all around make it difficult to take care of business for a normal person, let alone a truly handicapped person. I complained to the manager who seemed surprised. He did tighten up the toilet seat before we left, but the floor was still not very clean. How could he not know that the only toilet in the restaurant needed attention? Maybe this review will get them to service the men's room more often.

We arrived at 2: 24 PM for lunch while visiting away from home. We went in and a Hostess(?) told us that they could serve us if we got the orders in within four minutes. We accepted .We had no idea before coming in that they stopped serving at 2:30 as there was no such indication outside on the doors.We got the order in and we got served. . . .but . .The server virtually sneered at us, the crew seemed to put everything down with a crash ; they seemed to make as much racket as possible. I ate half my sandwich and we left.They could have been nicer. We could have left.The sandwich was great.

Very poor service. Fritatta overcooked. Salad came undressed. when asked for dressing it was placed on th e B table without explanation.
