Have not had regular coffee in several weeks.th
Even the simplest order takes a long time. If more than 2 people are waiting, it could take more than 10 minutes just to get a cup of coffee. Since they have not been able to make coffee for over a month, that wait would be for an Ameracano.

Stopped here for a quick coffee before heading on our 12 hour trip back home. I ordered 2 iced coffees and one black coffee. The coffee taste old, the atmosphere was nice and the barista was not very welcoming.

We visited on a very busy Saturday morning and the staff were so friendly and handled it like pros! Our barista Henry was fantastic! The clientele was pretty rude so watch out.

Some of the best coffee in the area. Great service and the espresso is always great (better than the big chains IMHO).

Dropped to 4 stars after what I would call not an ideal visit. Customer service was not that great for some reason. I chalked this up to the barista having a bad day or something, which happens to us all. Hopefully next visit will be better.

Adorable coffee shop , amazing tasting coffee , friendly staff , great food. Maddy was amazing also , my coffee was bit strong and she was so kind remaking it and such a positive attitude!!! Will return even if it’s a little drive for us because definitely worth it. Thanks

The barista wasnt very helpful on recommendations, he wasnt rude in any way, he just didnt seem to offer any personality or friendliness. The coffee strength was pretty good, I added some sugar to it myself, but it was very bland for a flavored latte. I had ordered the butterfinger latte, the barista said that it was pretty popular, but I probably wouldn't get it again. The coffee shop is so cute though, I really wanted to love it.
Its a chain so I'm not compelled to make it a must visit place.

Maddie & Alex make a great team! This is one of my favorite locations and it’s the closest to my work. My iced latte was perfect and my friend got the southern peach tea!

The coffee tastes great. The service can be hit or miss. Sometimes it is fast and sometimes slow, even when it's not busy inside. My biggest issue is not having the ability to add my own milk/cream to the coffee. They add it behind the counter and it is very inconsistent. Sometimes it is dark, sometimes light, sometimes there is rood to open it and add a packet of sugar, and sometimes it is so full that when I open it, it spills over. Get some insulated containers and leave the milk/half and half/cream or whatever on the counter for the people to add please.

We went in for ice cream. Clerk was not prompt in assisting. But she did let me sample something. We each got a one scoop cone - one strawberry & one Mecican chocolate. The strawberry tasted like it was made with fresh berries. But the Mexican chocolate was WONDERFUL!! Have been back twice to get again, but the place was closed. I have got to learn their hours! There was one family eating when we arrived, and no other customers came in while we were there. The rock music that was playing was a bit much.

I came in for a Blackberry Chantilly matcha latte and chocolate croissant, and had a wonderful experience. It's quiet, yet busy and the service staff is very friendly and helpful. Plenty of people here to help bring the food, and make your experience memorable.
