While the coffee is high priced and the service SLOW, the coffee is good. If bare essentials are your taste, you'll feel comfortable in this industrial decor.
Both hot and cold drinks are good here. I only wish they had a better menu that included drinks with flavor/syrup combinations to make ordering easier and trying more flavor combinations.
The ice cream is awesome with a good variety of regular flavors and several unique featured flavors which change weekly or monthly.
Excellent but a little expensive. You get what you pay for though.
Every time I come to Foxtail I leave disappointed But I keep coming back because it is the only coffee shop on my hour and a half commute.
This is a remake on a drink. The original order I ask for “ just a tiny Splash of milk. Like barely any milk.” In the girl replied, I got you. It was literally 90% milk and 10% coffee. They remade the drink and were very sweet. Everyone in there is always very nice and it’s always very clean, but this is the remake where I told them that there was too much milk… like damn. That’s still what I would consider a lot of milk. I’m not going to be the asshole that asks for a second remake but I think I have finally given up on foxtail.
Good product at higher than necessary costs with horrible, entitled, disinterested service every visit. Too bad really, because the place is cute and conveniently located.
Loved this Strawberry Matcha!!!
I’ve been to both on separate occasions. Foxtail has some of the best coffee and matcha. And Kelley’s has amazing ice cream. They’re so creamy, it tastes just like real ice cream. They take allergens very seriously.
Amazing coffee! Great staff!

Exceedingly kind and patient. A wonderful place to stop in for a quick coffee or a lengthy catch up over tea and croissants. Every single barista I’ve met here has been exceptional.

I don’t normally write a review but this one I felt compelled. This is my first experience there and I thought they had a lunch menu of course I found out that they had no ability to cook anything and everything was prepared. I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese they toasted the bagel 2 times and it still wasn’t any dark. I ordered a decaf coffee with milk and it looked like mud. I asked for more milk and it became cold.Definitely not a Starbucks. I would not recommend this place. Maybe the ice cream is better.

The staff was friendly and my coffee was hot and the blueberry muffin was fresh on my quick stop. I hope in the future this location offers Door Dash to this growing area/ I would like to have my morning coffee delivered

My friend and come to this location occasionally and the employees are always very nice and work hard. Unfortunately like many coffee shops, they seem to not have enough staff in the evening to provide an efficient flow before closing. Coffee shops tend to get a sudden rush right before closing I’ve noticed. the gentleman working tonight was all alone with no help trying to manage closing procedures while also serving a line of customers in the drive through and in the lobby. He served this woman and her family icecream, and while one of her children was taking some time deciding on a flavor he took initiative to make the drive through beverages in the mean time while her child was deciding. After a few minutes of waiting she blew up at him and gave him the most insane attitude for making them wait only a few minutes. She went behind the counter and started scooping her own ice cream, serving herself complaining about his work ethic. It was very embarrassing behavior to watch a mother explode like that, especially in front of her children. Sad to know that her children watch her behavior and are taught that that’s the correct way to handle your emotions when your feeling impatient… is to disrespect someone else’s space and use threatening behavior. It’s quite silly to be in such a rush just to sit at a table for 20 minutes to eat your icecream… I hope this woman can view her actions and hopefully reflect on them and learn from them. The young man handled the situation very professionally and told her she was not allowed to come behind the counter. I feel so sorry for the closing staff at this establishment that they were not provided with the correct amount of staff this evening. As a previous Starbucks supervisor of almost three years I can say that employees working closing shifts in a coffee shop often get overlooked for their hard work. I hope this gentleman is appreciated in his work space and applauded for how he handled the situation that night.

Eight dollar milkshake was the consistency of chocolate milk. Eyeballing the amount of milk to ice cream ratio and overblending did not yield the proper result. Froth may look good on top of coffee but does not belong on a milkshake. Since the dining area was nearly empty, I was expecting a friendly “how's your milkshake sir.” A few glances later I left unimpressed.
Kind staff, great coffee.

The owners are definitely on top of quality control and welcome feedback from customers and how they've received their hospitality and requested items. They do not excuse any shortcomings. They address them and correct them. Great job, Foxtail! And thank you for our 6 free drinks. My coworker thanks you as well. We'll be back ?
