I love Hardee's and the only reason I went to this one is cuz it was out in a city I needed to get to I wish there were more of them in Orlando

Gentleman throwing down in the kitchen was on top of the game. Food was hot, fresh, and made right. The gal at counter was awesome as well, bouncing back and forth from drive thru to counter to make sure everyone's orders were taken in a timely manner and no one person had to wait longer than another. They were crushing it as a team.

Pulled into the drive through waited about 10 minutes for them to take my order. And then I had a wait at the window, for almost another 10 minutes. Come on, this is fast food. This isn't casual dining. This isn't fine dining. It's fast food, it should be out in under 5 minutes. Where's the manager?And why isn't he helping the staff

I walked in at around 5 PM and was immediately made to feel unwelcome by the cashier. He kept staring at his cash register screen and then looked up. No smile, no hello, no how can I help you, nothing. I asked if I can take my order, and he just nodded while giving me a stink eye, as if I was an inconvenience to him. Then when my order was ready, he simply handed me the bag without any thank you or acknowledgement. It’s a pity because I love the food from Hardees. The leadership and management need to ask themselves why not enough people visit their locations enough. And the reason is because of the rude cashier who obviously needs to be retrained in customer service. If it’s the case that he doesn’t like his job, then he should resign and look elsewhere. Otherwise, a friendly face and demeanor is a must.
