Definitely will be back to this location. I pass it frequently & never had the time to stop but I was so hungry today I made the time. Janiyah (hope I spelled it right) was so friendly & sweet in the drive thru. I was just talking about how customer service has gone down but she shows there are still people that care about their job & the customer experience. Definitely earned my business & I’ll be sure to make time to stop here more often!
I have visited a couple of times but this last time was different. The staff was awesome. Miss Kim the manager greeted me & my family with a smile and even brought our food out to us(we don’t see that often in fast food). The food was delicious & made perfect. The outside of the building looks better than it has in a while. Would definitely return and recommend this location also.

Went and got a sausage biscuit thu the drive thru and a tall older gentleman with dreads helped me was very fast and polite asked how my day was and told me to have a good day it nice to b waited on my someone so efficient and nice

Chicken strips are half the size of other Hardee'sand over cooked. The double cheeseburger was also overcooked and smaller than McDonalds. They forgot requested ketchup, sauces, straws, and napkins. When we did get the ketchup, there was about one tablespoon of ketchup in the cup. The strawberry lemonade is just sugar water. The restroom is filthy. I will not eat here again.
