The food was overly salty and greasy. I loved it, but I had to joke that I don't mind greasy food; it's just when the sandwich looks like it's been dunked in the fryer AFTER it's been wrapped, there might be too much grease there.
Was very disappointed that Hardee's no longer offers my favorite breakfast biscuit of all time! The ham and egg biscuit!!! Of all the restaurants I have ever tried, the Hardee's ham and egg biscuit was my absolute favorite. Hands down. No reflection on this particular restaurant but on the Hardee's restaurant chain as a whole. I hope they revisit this and add the same ham back to their menu.
The place was very busy and only 2 people were working there when we visited for lunch. They handled it very well . They were courteous and the food was great. Hats off to them for doing a great job under a busy short staffed situation.
