Wow! Never have I ever experienced such bad customer service, EVER! I’ve sent multiple emails since Monday and no response! Such bad business practices, I don’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I ordered a buffalo chicken salad with breaded chicken at the drive thru and when they gave me the order it was made with grilled chicken instead. So they told me they couldn’t remake the salad to go inside for my refund. I go inside for my refund, they tell me they can not refund me, then I say okay I don’t want a refund I just want the correct salad. They refused to give me my money back or remake the salad the correct way. Then they tell me they cancelled the payment and if not to come back in a few days. They didn’t give me any proof of the cancellation or anything. If I go back in a few days, what proof do I have that they need to refund me? This experience is really really upsetting. All I wanted was my salad to be made the correct way that I ordered. I paid for something that I never even ate! Left hungry and ended up having to go to Culver’s. Do better!

We are faithful Magoo customers. I have always enjoyed the grilled options as they offer a healthier alternative to other fast food chains.The customer service has, at times, been a concern to me. Most of the time it’s great. A few times I have had employees talk back, or not show the courtesy that is common with other chains. I came close to bringing this to managements attention, but decided to let it go.Tonight, I cannot ignore:My girls, and I stopped in after a long day at the beach. We were tired and just wanted to grab a meal for us, and 2 other family members at home. I ordered 3-5 piece meals. I stated that I wanted 2 of the meals hand-breaded, and the other meal with the grilled chicken.After parking our car for 10 minutes, we got our food and left. Upon arriving home, the order was not correct. I called the store and made them aware of this. They said they would correct it but we would need to bring one of the meals to PROVE that we got the wrong chicken. REALLY?! The only PROOF needed was that my husband put his dinner aside to go 15 minutes out of his way to get the correct chicken.When he arrived they gave him the correct chicken but required him to give the incorrect chicken back to the store. There was no apology for his inconvenience. Super-poor service!My husband returned home and sat down to have his dinner which was no-longer fresh or warm.I am extremely disappointed in the service that we received tonight, enough to reconsider whether my family, and I want to continue to support your chain.This restaurant is in Wildwood, Florida.

The food is good, but the customer service is the worst I have experienced in so long. Went through the drive-thru today, and the lady was so rude and seemed upset that I was even there. Her last name is Corbin. The management needs to do some customer service training. I would not recommend coming here there are plenty of good chicken places that will give you good customer service
Poor customer service. Front counter person was abrupt and hard to understand.NO water working in the bathrooms. Staff was aware of the situation. Didn’t seem concerned.

Chicken fingers were good not great. Had the buffalo chicken sandwich. To be honest I thought while looking at the menu that it looked like a full piece. The sandwich was made with the chicken fingers. Also, a total mess.
Terrible. The coleslaw had no taste whatsoever,the chicken was salty and the fries were over seasoned. Canes is wayyyy better.

We walked in and there was no one for awhile, when she did come to the counter she did say hi, fu or nothing just a look of what are doung here and get tf out was rude threw the whole transaction, was afternoon beginning of the week, will never come back because of her.

As i walked in to grab my mothers DoorDash order, i very politely let the young man Brody know that i was missing a drink, to which he very rudely grabbed the receipt and said that’s not what it says. I pulled out my phone and showed him the DoorDash order which showed 2 drinks and he still felt the need to argue that it was not on the receipt.

Zero Service ... slow and not courteous Came in at 7:30PM and waited for 4 minutes before someone came to register to take my order. They then told me they were closing dining room early since no one was coming in to eat. Four employees and should close at 9PM on Tuesday night.

Visited on 12/20/2023 and did not have a positive experience. I contacted the location through the online form and spoke to a manager who was dismissive of my concerns. I brought to her attention the food was not as fresh as it had been previously. I also brought to her attention that an employee was sleeping with their head down in the dining room. She reiterated several times that they’re “family owned” as if that’s a satisfactory explanation for my less than positive experience. Needless to say I was not satisfied with this follow up response to my issues and won’t be returning after having previous positive experiences prior to this. Unfortunate.
