If I could give a negative, I would, don't bother to come here if you wanna be ignored, my husband and I stood there for the total of 5min, WAITRESSES walking by without even acknowledging us to even GREET US! Retired District Manager with over 20yrs of Food and beverages service.... get your people to learn some manners first.

Long wait to get our food. The waitress made us feel like we were a bother to her. When being seated, she just pointed from across the room to where we were to sit. When our food was FINALLY delivered. She never asked if there was anything else we needed just turned & started walking away. I said can we get jelly and S&P. She said th we S&P is on the table as she continued waking away. When my husband said no its not, she didn't even acknowledge him. When she brought us S&P she said someone must have stole it they do it all the time. REALLY? She never returned to see if our food was satisfactory. Food was good; service not so much.

Worst meal we've ever had. My husband had the chicken and it was over cooked to the point of being almost burnt. Our friend ordered well done eggs and got over easy runny. My pancakes were not even warm. Will not be going again. Waitress was friendly whenever she came by, but that was seldom. We had to threaten to walk out without paying just to get someone to bring the bill. We were there for over an hour. A table behind ours wound up walking out because they never got their food. Someone else left also. The table beside us got someone elses order and he let them know it wasn't his. He then ordered chicken, onion rings, and cheese sticks. It all looked the same and was over done. The place wasn't busy. They were short staffed, but that's no reason for it to be that messed up.
My waitress, Linda, was awesome. However, the food was not very good. The pancakes were undercooked, so I had them remake them and the new ones were like leather and tasteless. The bacon was very thin and chewy, poor quality.
