Jeremiah's Italian Ice

Yesterday, when I took my parent’s to Jeremiah’s for dessert, the 2 young men who worked there IGNORED us for 10 minutes while they cleaned, and their shop was going to be open for 2 1/2 more hours. TERRIBLE SERVICE, PATHETIC STAFF, DELETING THE APP, AND NEVER VISITING JEREMIAH’S EVET AGAIN!

Seriously some of the best we’ve had!!

Drove all the way here just them to close before 10pm!!!! My daughters standing at the door 3 mins before 10pm and the guy turns the lights off and locks the door 😫 and I have been a loyal customer when there was only 1 Jeremiah’s in Orlando!

Staff was friendly, even within an hour of closing...which we appreciated the hours to accommodate our family. We witnessed another family return within a few day window of their first visit saying it was that good....that alone speaks a lot about the experience.
So many flavors combinations to choose from!

Jeremiah's has the best ice cream and Italian ice. It brought me right back to my childhood living in NOLA. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend.

I took my grandson to cheer him up while his mom was having surgery. I asked about the flavors what might be most suitable for nine-year-old since neither one of us had been there for before, The sales girls was not helpful she gave me no choices. She said you just get the gelato or the gelato and the ice cream or just the ice cream sample taste of the flavors I was told.. I ended up just getting a very small chocolate. I didn't know what he was going to like.. Not a very good experience and doubt seriously that I'll go back. I'm rather shocked at the lines that they have to be honest.. We need a good old-fashioned snowball stand on the corner like we used to have back home that will make people excited
