Jersey Mike's Subs

Cheese steak sub. Veggies weren't soft enough for me. I like portillos veggies better.

Our car was incapacitated, so we gave delivery a try. Order arrived almost 30 minutes ahead of stated time in perfect condition. JM's subs are the best and this restaurant was no exception.

This restaurant in Wildwood FL has horrible customer service and Management. Not managing the front of the store as customers come in to order. My husband was in there last week and his order was only my sandwich when he questioned where was his sandwich they made his sandwich gave it to him and said leave now. He left after being in there 25 minutes. He got home and his sandwich had the meat and cheese in the middle of the bun. He has sworn he will never go back there again. A shame because when we were in Texas we loved the Jersey Mike's there and ate there a couple times a month.

Everything we've eaten at Jersey Mike's is fresh and delicious. The staff are friendly and the store is very clean.

One of my favorite places for subs. I like the freshness of the sandwiches and the soft bread. My favorite is turkey and provolone. The location has lots of parking, friendly staff who are quick in service you.

Food was amazing as always and usually the crew is as well, but today I went during my lunch break and one of the girls was extremely rude. I was the only customer in the building and when I went to cash out she basically threw my cup at me. Then once my food was done, I went to grab it and she was giving me shitty looks as if I was being rushed. I will come back but some staff needs a reality check when it comes to customer service.

Always love the food at this franchise, and normally the service is good.
They apparently ran out of straws, and didn't think it was a problem despite still selling drinks with meals.
I'd go as far to say they made no attempt at fixing the issue, simply claiming that apparently no one in the area had straws.
This was a issue that got further soured when I went to the outback steakhouse near by and got a straw, showing that they were wrong about their theory. I kept offering different ideas on where they could get some, to at least temporarily fix the issue, but they kept up a bad attitude, insisting there was no way for them to get straws and fix their lack of necessary supplies.
