Jersey Mike's Subs

One of my favorite places for subs. I like the freshness of the sandwiches and the soft bread. My favorite is turkey and provolone. The location has lots of parking, friendly staff who are quick in service you.

Guest experience was exceptional, food was delicious as always (I'm always going to recommend the steak and cheese, I like the Chipotle one)
The guy working was very friendly, helpful and overall a joy to talk to.

Food was amazing as always and usually the crew is as well, but today I went during my lunch break and one of the girls was extremely rude. I was the only customer in the building and when I went to cash out she basically threw my cup at me. Then once my food was done, I went to grab it and she was giving me shitty looks as if I was being rushed. I will come back but some staff needs a reality check when it comes to customer service.

Always love the food at this franchise, and normally the service is good.
They apparently ran out of straws, and didn't think it was a problem despite still selling drinks with meals.
I'd go as far to say they made no attempt at fixing the issue, simply claiming that apparently no one in the area had straws.
This was a issue that got further soured when I went to the outback steakhouse near by and got a straw, showing that they were wrong about their theory. I kept offering different ideas on where they could get some, to at least temporarily fix the issue, but they kept up a bad attitude, insisting there was no way for them to get straws and fix their lack of necessary supplies.

I came here to eat and got into an argument with the cashier Courtney. And her manger Lacey put onions in my salad after I told her I'm allergic to them. She then picked them out instead of changing the salad out. Horrible people. Lacey told me it'll be 3 mins to fix my salad it took her 10 minutes just to make a veggie salad

Subject: Concern Regarding Customer Service – Jersey Mike’s, 5625 Seven Mile Dr, The Villages, FL

Dear Jersey Mike’s Customer Service Team,

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the service my group received at your 5625 Seven Mile Dr, The Villages, FL location. We arrived at least 40 minutes before the store’s 9 PM closing time and were the only customers in the store at that time. However, we were not greeted upon arrival, and the employees were very slow to begin preparing our order.

Two employees, one male and one female, displayed frustration through their actions—slamming fridge doors, handling food aggressively, and making loud, disruptive noises while preparing orders. More concerningly, they openly discussed our group when stepping away, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Despite our polite and respectful demeanor, we were met with rudeness and passive-aggressive behavior. This same treatment was extended to the customer behind us as well.

Given that we spent over $100 on our meal, we expected a level of service consistent with the positive experiences we have had at other Jersey Mike’s locations. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing enough to make us reconsider returning to this particular store.

I am bringing this to your attention in the hope that it will be addressed appropriately. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and I trust that Jersey Mike’s values its customers’ experiences. I appreciate your time and consideration and look forward to your response.

Where are the new owner of this store and a new manager came in and everything's running smooth the food is terrific the sandwiches are great the services excellent and we had lunch there today we had an excellent turkey club with turkey ham and bacon and all the toppings we had a cheesesteak a couple of days ago it was very good and I love the special Italian sandwiches. They have some of the best soda in town. They have cream soda from stubborn made with agave it tastes better than Dr Brown it's an expensive soda but they charge the same price as other places charge for Coke and Pepsi. Fresh bread the best cold cuts. The turkey we had today tasted better than anything you would get at Publix or Winn-Dixie fresh delicious crispy Applewood smoked bacon your choice of Swiss cheese or provolone.

This is my new favorite sub place! It runs laps around Subway. Wheat bread is very good. Turkey with Provolone is the sub I always order. They even have Pepsi Zero which tastes way better than Diet Pepsi, IMHO! Fast service, accurate. Luckily, pretty close to our house on 466a in The Villages.

I do love the sandwiches, but the lack of meat used now has gotten rediculous. The brand was originally built on a great sandwich with generous meat portions That is no longer the case. I have a hard time paying 10 dollars for a half sandwich with little to no meat on it!
