Workers were very friendly here and even helped with directions to a place nearby. They didn't have an attitude of I don't know and don't care like I see at a lot of places. Great employees here.

I placed my order through the app before 5 PM and arrived a few minutes after my scheduled pickup time. I was told it would “just be a minute,” yet walk-in customers and smaller pickup orders were repeatedly prioritized over mine. I ended up waiting an entire hour for my order to be made. This store is not adequately staffed to handle the volume of orders it accepts. I will not be returning, or at the very least, I will not be using the app again, as ordering ahead serves no purpose here.

Our car was incapacitated, so we gave delivery a try. Order arrived almost 30 minutes ahead of stated time in perfect condition. JM's subs are the best and this restaurant was no exception.

This restaurant in Wildwood FL has horrible customer service and Management. Not managing the front of the store as customers come in to order. My husband was in there last week and his order was only my sandwich when he questioned where was his sandwich they made his sandwich gave it to him and said leave now. He left after being in there 25 minutes. He got home and his sandwich had the meat and cheese in the middle of the bun. He has sworn he will never go back there again. A shame because when we were in Texas we loved the Jersey Mike's there and ate there a couple times a month.

Everything we've eaten at Jersey Mike's is fresh and delicious. The staff are friendly and the store is very clean.

One of my favorite places for subs. I like the freshness of the sandwiches and the soft bread. My favorite is turkey and provolone. The location has lots of parking, friendly staff who are quick in service you.
