Tonight was horrible! I usually love Marcos! But with half price night they were understaffed and over an hour behind. They were not putting online orders in place until people arrived even when they were already paid for…so after placing my order to be ready when I got there after work, my order was sent to the kitchen when I should have been picking it up - adding an extra 45 minutes to the order I had placed 45 minutes before my arrival. Ridiculous!

Came here to try based on google maps post of a Mega Monday deal which was posted by the owner 2 hours ago. I was told when we arrived they knew nothing about this deal and they would not honor it. This is a poor business practice.

Ok, To be fair this is our Marco's by this i mean the one closest to our home and the one we eat at atleast 2-3 a month- Me and my family was there Saturday evening and found an unusual situation at our favorite pizza place- I am not against people who dye's their hair Green, I but must say either this young lady was having a bad day or maybe something was wrong in her personal life- but customers don't know this, but they do know when a person is being very rude and that's putting it lightly... After she noticed we asked for the manager she started throwing her ice scoop and slamming the ice door while getting ice for cups we asked for... the Manager was very professional and descalated the situation and apologized to my wife for the way her co-worker was acting... Then Mikey was describing her displeasure in front of us to another worker who had came up from the kitchen... This does not hinder me coming to my favorite pizza place, but just wanted to let Mikey know we prayed for her that evening and hope everything is fine with her-

The green haired girl Mikey with the 15 nose rings. Was extremely nasty. We came to have a nice family pizza nice and she was upset we asked for a hot honey on the side. Said they didn’t do side of that when they literally have to go side of it. She was too lazy to ask. She threw the number across the counter at my mom and her manager had to pull her in the back. But she was back to work 5 minutes later she should have been sent home.

This comment is regarding Mark at Store 8546. My wife and I have been going to this location for the last 4 years. It is the only pizza place that we go to. The service from Mark is professional but also very friendly and welcoming. He walks to our table to check on us to see how we are enjoying our order. He shares his humor with interesting and fun stories. Mark is a great manager.
