The food was a typical McDonald's. Nothing special. What was special was the gentleman running the counter and register. He was extremely polite, helpful and engaging. He welcomed every customer, offered assistance and then made conversation. The moments there were no customers he came to the dining area to clean. I dont eat McDonald's regularly but would make the trip just because of his kindness.

Stopped for a quick dinner. Not many places that I can choose from due to parking issues. I am not tech savvy. But I have figured out how to use their app. Ordered my food and they were supposed to bring it to the table. I patiently waited. I was involved in a job related activity and lost track of time. My food never came. I decided I would walk to the counter and find out what happened. There sits my order in a bag with an empty cup next to it !!
I don’t know how long it has been sitting there so I simply asked for fresh fries. I will say that they had no problem with my request. My issue is with the guy wearing the shirt that puts him in charge can be heard from the front counter having conversations about the fries being still hot. And they very well could have been !! But the fact of the matter is had the order been brought to the table he would not have had an issue !! One of the people at the counter said that they didn’t have any trays. I took my order in a bag. It could have been brought to the table in the same bag !!
I would like to add that on previous visits I have always had a good experience. I am NOT shxtting on this restaurant just this particular visit!! They do a great business here!!

If you're driving on 75...skip this McDonald's if you can. I placed an order for a coffee (place was empty ) And multiple employees . The order for one coffee took so long in this situation I literally nearly just walked out without it

Good food for a change and the service was good. Out of some stuff but at the end of a holiday week that is understandable.

I went there for the 1st time a few nights ago. I went through the drive thru and ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal plain, just meat and cheese. Should be simple right?? Nah... one had ketchup and the other had everything. Ordered another 2 cheeseburger meal with only ketchup and both had everything. They were both meals so I'm expecting the regular size fry with both... nope, I got a regular and a child size fry with a random order of 4 chicken nuggets which tells me some kid didn't get their meal. OF COURSE I didn't find this out until I got all the way home. 🙄 Please please please... when someone orders the 2 cheeseburger meal, remember both cheeseburgers are supposed to be the same. I know you guys work hard but so do we and it's frustrating to get screwed in the drive thru.

My turn to leave a review, since our money was taken twice.
We ordered breakfast through the app, but when we arrived, breakfast was already over. The manager told us she couldn’t issue a refund or offer anything else and that we had to fill out a form in the app.
The people who responded to the form told us to go back to the store but we are now 100 miles away!
In response to my spouse’s one-star review, they told us to contact them through the website the same form we already used in the app!! Really????
We were loyal McDonald’s customers, but you’ve lost our business.

We ordered breakfast on the app, paid for it, and when we arrived, we were told breakfast was over. Fine, but we already paid! The staff didn’t care and told us to “figure it out on the app.” There was no way to contact support right away, and after two days, McDonald’s finally replied saying we should have asked the restaurant for a refund ... seriously? The level of indifference is unbelievable. It’s yet another sign of how customer service keeps getting worse. Adding this location (and probably McDonald’s in general) to the boycott list. Requesting a chargeback through my bank since I’m clearly not getting any help from them.

This McDonald’s employees need urgent training additionally the uniforms and clothing worn appeared to be worn for like a week. They need to be cleaned now the service if I could give it less than one I would it’s very simple. I ordered a unsweetened Ice Tea, once the tea arrived after the 10 minute wait in the place was not busy at all there was over 5-6 employees in the kitchen I put the straw in the tea and took my first sip and it was sweetened tea so I asked for it to be exchanged for what I ordered. They took it back. Someone else came back and said we’ll just put some ice and melt it down some so it will not be so sweet. Can you believe that? Then the manager finally came out and stated that they didn’t have any unsweetened tea made I said OK please return my money that took another five minutes and no sorry or sorry for your inconvenience. The days of expecting service at McDonald’s is slowly maybe fastly moving in that direction of no service because they have all these kiosk and the employees don’t really care about the customers. It was 12 o’clock sharp no one in the dining room and no drive-through seems to be a lot of employees there at this location for not providing a service and not having clean clothes on to serve. Urgent need for Training!

1st time ordering from this fast food, my husband was looking for a Hot Chocolate and place an Uber Eats order for him, but because they didn't have hot milk at the moment Uber go to pick up the order, the options was wait 20 minutes for the hot milk or serve with cold milk, I agree to have it with cold milk and this is what my husband receive,(photos) milk with a little bit of chocolate. Thanks for nothing. (Uber was great!)
