There were 9 of us, and every order was wonderful and served with care.
My Dad is from Alabama & I lived there briefly & ate at the Whistle Stop Cafe. My husband’s family is originally from TN and ran a restaurant. We know southern cookin’. So trust me when I tell you this is some of the best if not THE best southern cooking we’ve had in a while. Including Lucy Buffett, Paula Deen, etc etc. We loved the delicate crisp of the onion rings & catfish, the friendly attentive service & the historical location. Now we live in the area we’ll be back! Thanks ya’ll.

Dining at this restaurant is like going to your favorite aunts house for your birthday and being treated so special with wonderful food that you just wouldn’t make for yourself. The two servers that we usually have our absolutely wonderful and make you feel right at home and do everything they can to make your experience a very good and pleasurable one.

Never disappointed!!! Picked up a birthday cake and a couple slices of cake I hadn't tried. Everything was delicious.
Wonderful small restaurant in old downtown Wildwood. The food, service, and atmosphere are great, especially for the ladies. It's been at this location for many years which tells you a lot! I had their pulled pork - so tender and moist it would melt in your mouth!Parking: Parking on side and back of building
