NO!!! Don't come in here expecting other Popeyes' experiences. They don't care what you want, they don't have it. They are in no hurry. A kind gentleman from the back had to tell someone twice that we were waiting. The girl who finally makes it to take orders is smacking food as she walks up. The don't care face and attitude was just shining through! They didn't give us one sauce that was requested. They're trying to close at 9 PM even though they're open until 10. As you can see in the photo, multiple people want to spend money. You can also see the cone covering where someone dumped a whole orange drink on the table and floor and they just covered it up. Every table was dirty. 1 person taking orders, 2 cleaning, and no one making the food. You can only order what they have in the pre-made baskets. They gave me 5 spicy wings thrown in a box with an overabundance of sauce. (Not 6, and I asked for plain). When I asked if I could use the app, she said it won't work in here. I frequently go to any Popeyes when I see one! I will never go back to this one!!!
Don't order food through the app. You will be disappointed when you arrive. The socks! Luckily, I was in the store that they didn't have the new wings and were out. Then, I only got a future purchase instead of waiting 8- 10 business days to get my money back from the app. It was more than what I paid, but I want use the app anymore. It's a 3rd party app!

Popeyes is my favorite place to get chicken. Sadly, there's not enough of them around. However, this location is relatively close to where I live so it's convenient. Unfortunately, I'd rather drive 20 miles to a different location, in a neighboring city, than step foot in this store. I'd love to have a positive experience (which has yet to happen), but I'll take decent, and I can't even get that.What I don't understand is how this location has been allowed to continue like this for so long without somebody stepping in to change things.I tried calling before I got there to ask for no gravy on my mashed potatoes because your app does not allow you to modify that. Why?! I called three times and nobody answered.When I got there, I enter into the dining room which is always trashed. Garbage all over the floor, not one clean table, and everything in disarray. I've never seen it not look like that. It's disgusting.After letting them know I was there, I was given a bag and was told to have a good night. I asked if everything was in there because I ordered quite a bit and was confidently told "yes".I left.I got home and discovered the girl literally shorted me half of my order. Highly agitated now, I drove back and explained to the girl what I was owed and that I asked her if everything was in the bag before I left.She gave me what I was missing and I was on my way again. I got home and found that I was given spicy chicken when that's not what I ordered. I can't eat spicy foods. My meal went right into the trash.It's so obvious nobody cares. If they did, it would reflect in their work. If they cared, it would reflect in their attitude (nobody is kind there. They all have attitudes). If they cared, you wouldn't have a dining room that was empty yet nobody could sit down and eat. If they cared, they'd answer the phone.This location will never get my money again. I work too hard to have to throw my meal in the garbage because your employees hate their job. If you all don't want to be there, neither do I.Enjoy the rest of your evening.
