No drive through. Food is good.

My first visit only earned 3 stars. I ordered the Italian sausage sandwich. I did not add peppers. It was a grilled sausage on a bun. No condiments. I added mustard. The sandwich was VERY dry. I normally love Italian sausage, but this had little flavor and no juice. My next visit, I ordered the Italian Beef with hot peppers and gravy on the side. The beef is juicy and has a light flavor. The peppers - WOW!!! They make the sandwich. And I could not get enough of the gravy! So on visit #3, I ordered the Italian Beef with spicy peppers DIPPED - easily the most awesome sandwiches I have ever had. It is very messy. I will never order anything else! I will probably never know how the hot dogs are. My husband likes the dogs as well as the beef - not dipped, but he loves the chocolate cake!

Yes, we've got a Portillo's we can visit after golf each week. No drive thru here, but always a seat at a table. Food is good (burgers are great!). Always a good meal here.

Will not be back, fries very salty and beef sandwich bread was very soggy and only one pepper on sandwich.

To me, this is a casual, trendy place; lots of young people. Service was quick and friendly. My Grandson had a Burger and I had the Italian Beef Sandwich and Fries. All tasted good and was hot. My Grandson said the Hot Dogs are really good too!
After we finished our meals, my grandson had fun running around the water pop-up splash area. I would definitely like to eat here again.

I had heard a lot about Portillo's from social media and I was Looking to give it a Try.
First off We made the mistake of going at 3:15 and the Local highschool had just let out so there were about 50 teenagers All over and the noise was very loud.And You had to use a Kiosk which is not My Most favorite instrument to operate.
After ordering My food I had to wait about 5 minutes but My friend was having problems with the Kiosk so I had to assist him after he got his food we found a seat.I have to admit that I didn't order what I wanted,I got a Long bun with sliced meat.No sauce just meat and a roll 🙄. Very dry.

After 8 years away from Illinois, I was not sure how close the current offering was to my memory. I am happy to report that the result exceeded my expectations. Flavors and menu were spot on. Staff and service were well trained, friendly and attentive. Facility was clean, inviting and interesting. The negative was only in tech - we used kiosk to order and it worked for the basics but confusing for Portillos many options.

Only sorta busy. I ordered a hot dog and 2 minutes later they announced a 20 minute delay for hot dogs. Fortunately mine did not have a 20 minute delay.

I was born and raised on Portillos being a native of the Chicago land area so being able to once again dine there without having to travel 1200+ miles is a true delight. You're not going to find better restaurant food for the price period, and this location wasn't any different than the others that have opened around Florida. I did have to subtract a star under the service column due to the cashier insisting that my 4 year old daughter could not take one of their flimsy plastic gift cards as a souvenir unless we were going to activate and put $$ on it though. The guy just wanted to be a prick and it plain as day showed.

I wore my cubs hat while I enjoyed Portillo's today. I had a beef and sausage combo with mozzerella and sweet peppers. Cheese sause for my fries of coarse. Maybe I will get some cake to go.

I love portillos and food always hits the spot this portillos is alittle differentra smaller version no drive thru which doesnt bother me! No complaints though tasted just like it usually does!! Glad its a closer location to my house!
