I called the store and Marianne answered and stated this was the wrong #. I called a second time Marianne answered and I immediately stated I wanted an exchange of a Starbucks cup worth $24.95. She heard my dissatisfaction and said this is my personal phone so I told her I was going to the store if not her someone of authority to assist.
When I arrived to the store, Marianne stated I’ve never seen a cup like that. I showed her the Starbucks sticker on bottom. Another employee said to Marianne, we are 15 or so minutes behind. I asked Marianne for an authority figure to handle situation and she did. I called the authority figure and he heard my story and replied… how did you get my number, I’m vacationing now and call the store. My thoughts if this is how Starbucks handles customer satisfaction customers … I’m boycotting this brand immediately… as a former customer I’ve spent over $5k if not more on this franchise. It’s time I support and cheer local coffee houses who are cheerful, greet me as I enter their store and thank me.
Do not come to this location and ask for a pour over. You will be made fun of at the counter, they will complain to their coworkers in front of you of how hard it is to make, they will also call the order ridiculous in front of you.
Honestly I’m just disappointed with my experience and how I was treated as a customer at this location.
I don’t understand why someone would express frustration in front of a customer for pouring hot water over beans when you your business is coffee…. The coffee was great but the customer service was terrible.

Quick service. Love this location! Starbucks is always consistent. After owning a coffee shop for almost 10 years my go to is Starbucks for their consistency and flavor. Dutch bros has no coffee flavor and too fake sweet.

I pulled up. Young lady Faith came on speaker. I was excited. It's cold for Florida.
I was just happy you're open. She was absolutely amazing. I came home with hot cocoa for my family.
Florida isn't used to cold weather.
Faith was great.

Great place for coffee and chill. Great people and friendly conversations. Great staff. Love pumpkin everything. The pumpkin latte was perfect!!!! Clean and well-kept.

Barista made both drinks wrong! One contained MILK which I specifically told the barista that my wife is allergic to!!! Starbucks refused to refund me. I truly get why Starbucks is struggling...

This morning was such a disappointment… the young lady at the counter (Sara I believe ) had such a bad attitude I felt like I was bothering her , to top it off my sandwich was cold :( anyway glad I don’t live near this are everyone that works there is ray of sunshine (just been sarcastic)

Wow! I have gone to many Starbucks and it was EXTREMELY refreshing to receive the customer service that we did here. Carthy was absolutely amazing. As someone who has been in Customer Service Leadership for quite a few years, it’s pretty easy to spot a rising star. Her ability to listen, make suggestions and make sure everything was stellar. Great job to the management for the leadership and training and huge shout out to Carthy. You keep doing you and the skies the limit. @starbucks

Had to stay in The Villages for a couple days and decided to stay in this Starbucks location two days in a row for almost an entire day both days to work and focus on my projects.
The location is pristine to say the least and the service was immaculate. The baristas are beyond kind and always wrote a sweet note for me on my cup (see attached). By the second day they already learned my name which was very nice.
The space was so nice and the environment was so nice, I was able to finish all my work and felt very productive today :)
Highly recommend this location if you are in The Villages area. Just for the service it’s worth coming to this particular location.
