I entered the 🚻 restroom this morning, which both had a picture of a man and a woman. Some man was unable to hit the toilet bowl and there was pee all around the toilet on the floor. Then he stepped in it and tracked it around the bathroom. Discussing!!. Why are you so woke that women can not have there own bathroom and subject us to men peeing all over. Will never enter there again.

For 2 days now they have closed before 3 pm and it pisses me off because there is no reason on the door! It just says temporarily closed! There were 7 cars driving in the park lot wondering what is going on??! WHAT IS GOING ON??? TELL ME! The seven mile address is the closest and you are missing business ! Calling corporate!!

Nice new Starbucks with big windows, lots of light. All the new holiday flavors and coffees were ready for us to try. I got the cranberry lemonade refresher which was really tasty.

They are closed on Sundays the drive through might be open but the line is insane. If you are on your way down wave to a Starbucks.

Additionally - someone from Starbucks replied to this ON A SUNDAY customer service wants more details about their store being closed.Focus more on the customer at the store not when they are disgusted and done.

My 82 year old mother goes to church on Sunday and on every Sunday on her way home she buys herself a feta breakfast wrap and four chocolate chip cookies.

She does this religiously every Sunday and shares the cookies as a treat with family.

My mother had missed a few trips due to a knee replacement surgery and today was the first day she drives herself to church and on her way home stopped by her neighborhood Starbucks to but her wrap and cookies.

Well today there is a new manager and they refused to sell her four cookies and told her she can only have two. It didn't seem to matter nor should she have to explain why she wanted four but was told no!!!

In disappointment she left not understanding their sales policy.

To say the least you have lost a long time customer and for our family where ever we are you have lost us too.

Way to go Starbucks!!!. Great sales relationships and sales tactic. Good luck!!!!!

I used to really like this Starbucks but more and more lately they are going the wrong direction. Several times I’ve ordered hot drinks only to be handed an iced drink when I get there to pickup then have to wait from them to completely remake the drinks. Sometimes the lattes/macchiatos are really tasty, then other times they taste like straight up milk, no coffee or syrup. Today was one of those days, got a venti apple crisp macchiato and it’s just not good—no one wants to pay $7 for a cup of hot milk. It’s just very disappointing because there’s no consistency here. They need to retrain their baristas or something.

Our food and drinks were ready quickly. But more importantly, this is probably the most friendly Starbucks I have ever been to. We interacted with two women working and they were just the nicest people.

I have been to this location several times. I work nearby and normally go in the morning before my day starts. Not today. Unfortunately I came in the afternoon and a very curt man took my order in the drive thru. I couldn't even finish my drink order because he wouldn't let me get a word in before asking "Is that all?" Like. Is this McDonald's? Because I Will NOT be paying Starbucks prices with McDonald's service. I'm not even one of these older folks out here that's super picky but sheesh!
