What can I say, I don't usually review bad restaurants, but for Steak & Shake, I will make an exception. The biggest problem was the self ordering kiosks. A lady was having difficulty with her order, and a young employee was trying to help her. We tried to order ourselves with another kiosk and ran into so much confusing up-selling that we could barely get an order in. Then the orders came, and we had things on it that didn't look anything like what we ordered. Everything took a long time to prepare as well. Lastly, you needed a scan code on your receipt to get the soda machine to dispense beverages. Of course, it didn't work either.The food? Well, someone there has a different definition of steak to call my burger ground steak. Tasted like cheap hamburger to me.

Absolutely horrible! Stopped in for a bite to eat, waited 30 mins for a kids chicken strip meal, a kids hotdog and a burger. Guy comes out from the back and calls out name… not our order.. waited another few minutes and finally got our food. Hamburger was cold.While waiting we watched several people (elderly) struggle to order on the kiosk because you can’t talk to a real person here, you have to scan a code just to get a drink and you cannot get a refill. What a joke! I’ll never be back!!

DO NOT STOP HERE!!! I was initially excited to see a Steak n Skake. But at this location it took 40 min to get my food, the place was filthy and my 3 piece tenders looked like 3 nuggets from McDonald’s. Not what I expect from this chain!!!

Yeah... I won't be coming back. No cashier so everything has to be navigated to by screen. Any modifications are clunky and not consumer friendly. Then finally when you get your food they ignored the modifications, and it's a hassle to find someone to get it corrected.Add to, all of the cost cutting measures have GREATLY diminished the quality. Essentially everyone getting a drink had to scan a QR code to verify they got a drink. Then you have 15 seconds to fill your drink. This company spent genuinely thousands for this drink machine to save pennies. Overall everything sucked, I will be absolutely amazed if steak and shake as a brand isn't sold off in a few years. The holdings company that owns it has milked it for every possible dollar.Seriously don't go here.

Not only was the food very bland, the host of this location would not stop coming up to the table to make conversation about a TV show even though we clearly were not interested and we're on our phones. It made our party very uncomfortable. He even spoke bad about our food choices as we were leaving the building because we didn't want to take our "basic Oreo shakes" to go. I felt very unwelcome and judged after he said that.

This is one of my favorite SnS to stop at coming from Tampa or Tallahassee never had a bad experience BUT this one time the burger was still fresh and good the fries weren't they were to greasy tasted like someone re dropped them after I finished eating I got sick instead of recooking the fries just make some fresh or changed the grease other than that the service was great and fast
