I'm not going to waste my time posting on here... They deserve 0 stars. Before posting this, I noticed all of the bad reviews and no one has been contacted... pathetic. No wonder Taco Bell is known as Taco Hell... Stay away from this location... it's toxic at best.

Rude staff, improperly made food (no sour cream on shift taco supreme), when questioned if they were out since there was none on them, they argued that it was done right without even asking to see food or offering to make it right or even just offering here's some extra. Barely any meat on tacos. Another elderly customer couldn't figure out kiosk, they just kept yelling at him to order on it instead of coming to help or offering to take order. No line and drive through wasnt busy just horrible customer service in every way.

Consistently bad all the way around. I still keep trying... the 5 Layer Bean Burrito was a liquefied mess. No meat barely. Only gave me 1 sauce packet per item. The Chalupa had barely any meat too. Drive thru "Mia S." was lifeless and looked half asleep at 12:30 noon. She didn't know which sweeteners were which.

Honestly the customer service is the worse I've had in years! The staff seemed aggravated when customers asked for their drink cups,the staff did not greet anyone coming in,everyone seemed like they did not want to be there my fries were half empty I am new to the area and I am deeply annoyed

Ask for cantina quesadilla girls were inside laughing they gave me the food by the time I jumped on 75 and ate it was completely soggy and I don't. Think this chicken is cooked
Only place at this exit open late at night. Very friendly for midnight.

Tried to walk in to order at 1130 tonight. Drive threw was open but lobby was locked up. So truck drivers don't come here after hours cause u can't get in to order
