Went in to Order a simple burrito and was charge full pice of a Supreme. Stating she didn't know how to ring up the Order and Refuses to refund so I'm calling my bank and Corporate about my issue I refused the food I paid for because it was more important to have a Conversation with her Coworker rather than take my Order and Listen 0 Stars all around and if a customer doesn'ttake the food they paid for they shold also refund your moneyplain and simple.

The drive-thru speaker was not working. Had to tap on the glass of the drive thru before she looked up from her phone. She sounded as if I was interfering with her phone conversation. The tacos were soggy. Said fryer wasn't working. Pepsi had very little taste to it. Almost clear and tasted dirty.Will not stop there again.

DONT waste your time here! AWFUL employees and management! Was in the drive thru line for AT LEAST 15 minutes MAYBE longer. Got to the window to pay and the lady takes our card and closes the window. We sat waiting for 10 minutes without her saying a word to us, then when she opens the door she hands us the food, without the card. We had to ask her for the card and then she got an attitude saying there was an issue with the register then before she could finish talking her “manager” came up to the window being ruder than the first lady. And we were just trying to tell her you don’t keep somebody’s card that long without letting them know anything. By the end of it she was yelling at us saying “call corporate” then on top of all that we didn’t get all our food. WORST SERVICE EVER! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Bathroom was clean. We've eaten here a few times before and never had a problem. Today the soft tacos didnt taste right and we had bought six of them. My tacos loco supreme fell apart as soon as i picked it up.
Second time there. First time bad but wanted to give another try. Ordered on Kiosk and waited to pay at cashier. After 5 minutes a guy came to register and just stood ther. Never said a word or acknowledged me standing there waiting to pay I stood there several minutes and he never spoke or asked me if ordered or helped! After several minutes he walked away. I stood there with money in hand for another 5 minutes to see if anyone would help me. Finally got attention from female in kitchen area. She said never received my order and then did NOTHING. I told her after waiting and never a reply or effort to help me. I left and will never stop at this location again. Worst customer service I could imagine. Poor attitude and service. Someone from corporate needs to address this store’s problem. Please reply to me if desired!
