I did a mobile order and when I picked it up, I was missing the sauce packets. That was no big deal as I just grabbed some on the way out. 12 pack soft taco pack - 9 were made correctly the rest were not. As I have allergies and could not eat mine, my kids got extra

Picked up a door dash there just now, one employee told me they were still workng on my order after she looked at the two orders on the cart. The manager then asked me five minutes later which order was I there for. It turned out to be one of the orders on the cart. Previous employee was too lazy to hand it to me. Door dash customers matter too but I'm seeing more and more that these fast food restaurants hire children that have no concept of respect for ALL customers

I'm a regular at this particular location. Very few issues on my way there , as a matter of fact
No ice, lacking quality and quantity, staff was friendly, longer than normal wait time, we were dinning in.

My Frank's Hot soft taco was good... But it's not what I ordered. I ordered the burrito version. Paid $7 for a soft taco? This was a drive thru order and I was riding with another group of people. I couldn't return the product.
