This location needs some serious help. The vegetables were unacceptable on my items, the beans tasted like they were either expired or been out all night. The items were severely under packed. I would say this is probably the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. Drive further and go to a better location trust me.

Victoria is extremely rude. I placed an order and when I went to get my refill Victoria claimed that I didn't place the order that day I presented my receipt with the same date of that day and she made a whole big deal about giving me a refill it was embarrassing and I felt discriminated against she should not be a supervisor

I ordered my food at 10:40 & when I got to the window I apologized and asked for my burrito to be made as steak instead of beef. The unenergetic woman told me she couldnt because they closed soon, but closing was not for more than another hour. I got a beef burrito that was cold instead of the steak burrito i requested to change to BEFORE PAYING!!! Very disrespectful & the drive through cashier had 0 smiles on her face. So sad. If you dislike your job quit.

Every time I grab food from this drive-thru, it seems to be cold or not made properly. I just got a bean burrito for three bucks, and there are no beans in it! I really like Taco Bell, but I'm not sure about this location.

Decided to go in the dining room to customize our order, they ignored our order in favor of clearing their drive-thru instead, had to wait nearly 30 minutes for our food, meanwhile they were steady taking drive-thru orders, making and handing them out while we had to wait.

I had ordered two Mexican pizzas. The oil that they had cooked the tortillas in was rancid. I have never had anything from Taco Bell that tasted so horrible. The other things that I had ordered like burritos were fine, because they weren’t cooked in the oil. They need to learn to change the oil more frequently.

I don’t understand. $40 for 4 tacos?????? That is absolutely ABSURD. I will never be going to another taco hell again. Yes. I said taco hell. That’s exactly what this place is. For $35, I’ll go to Los Magueyes and get 4 tacos, a beer, and a margarita. I wouldn’t waste your time or money here. Go to Los Magueyes and actually ENJOY your meal.

$8 for a chicken quesadilla now??? That’s actually insane. I also asked for a plain chicken taco and was told “no lettuce and cheese? what you’re asking for is more expensive” which.. doesn’t make any sense lol. Won’t be back
