I like that this smoothie place also has food. My mom and I ordered the kid size smoothies because the regular size is massive. Unfortunately all of it is styrofoam which I don't love environmentally but it keeps drinks cold. The strawberry lime was good and plenty to drink with a meal, especially given the portion sizes - also kid size. My breakfast wrap was the smallest I'd ever seen, but tasty and filling. It was a good snack size for what I needed. I'd love to try a smoothie bowl next, the açaí base looks delicious. Service was great and the place is clean.

I have not been impressed with this location. I ordered the veggie hummus wrap and everything in it was wilted and soggy. I’ve ordered the same wrap before from this location and I don’t remember the wrap being grilled last time, but I could be wrong. The kale and apple slaw was also missing from my bag. The quality of food and service is definitely better at the CR 466 location.

The flat bread sandwiches are great. The smoothies are also very good and can be made with not sugar or with artificial sugar.
It pains me to write this. As a Vegetarian who has been looking for a decent healthy and vegetarian quick eat, I thought Tropical Smoothie was the place. Sadly, it doesn't look like that will be the case any longer. I was initially excited about this location's grand opening on August 11, 2023, and I've been a loyal customer since then. However, my recent experiences have been disappointing. Despite the staff being new and still learning, I encountered various issues, such as long wait times and order inaccuracies.A few weeks ago, I had a long wait for my food, but a dedicated staff member went above and beyond to resolve the issue. She not only apologized but also refunded my meal, offered the wrap for free, and provided discounts for future visits. Her excellent customer service made me want to return.During today's visit, I noticed that the cashier was struggling to navigate the register, and I even offered to order a side dish to make things easier for her. Despite my efforts to be understanding of the new staff, my experience took a turn for the worse. I ordered my favorite and usual order, the Veggie Hummus wrap (with no ranch dressing), but it came with chicken instead. When I spoke to the manager about it, I didn't receive a satisfactory response. They implied that I should have mentioned my vegetarian preference, even though it was the only vegetarian food item listed on their menu (aside from side dishes).Despite my loyal support since the grand opening and my efforts to assist the cashier, this recent incident has left me disappointed, and I won't be returning. It's unfortunate to see a rapid decline in quality and service.

So dang wrong. The three cheese quesadillas were not even grilled. A TBLS of chicken and cheese . So I only ate the top. No salsa that always comes with it. They seriously just lost a customer.
