Awful. Waited forever over 20 mins for a refund on fries and a frosty because they didnt have the food.
If I could leave less than 1 star I would have. Customer service in this Wendy’s it’s absolutely awful. We ordered one singular burger. Now I understand that places get busy believe me. I work in customer service all day. After 20 minutes of waiting for our burger. My husband went and simply asked (I was behind him so I know how he asked) he said “hey I just wanted to check where our order was, we need to get back on the road” the guy cooking the food said “we sent that out 10 minutes ago” we were confused and said oh I’m sorry we must have missed it” but then the lady in the back said oh that was a different order we will get started on it” we said ok and we’re fine but the guy cooking stuck his head around the corner and very snarky and rude said “tell me what you had on your burger” rolling his eyes. And my husband said “ketchup bacon and mayo” and the guy said “oh my god so everything that comes on it” while rolling his eyes very hard. My husband who isn’t confrontational didn’t say anything but I asked him “how was he supposed to know that was everything that comes on it he doesn’t work here?” I’m unsure of what his name was it was something like Stewie but I would never recommend this place to anyone.

who ever the general manager needs to seriously be replaced or retrained on how to run a shift only having a minimum staff with the amount of traffic going through that establishment is ridiculous the workers look stressed and have no support from a higher up

Ordered a bacon, egg & Swiss sandwich, but got a chicken & bacon sandwich...make it make sense, how do eggs and cheese equal chicken. If you don't want to do your job correctly, STAY HOME! NEVER AGAIN GIVING THIS PLACE ANOTHER PENNY AND I'M TELLING ALL MY FAMILY, FRIENDS AND ASSOCIATES!

They'll let you stand at the register for 10 minutes before telling you that the register is cash only and then give you cold food. And God forbid someone's English isn't the best because they'll roll their eyes and make sarcastic comments even if you're an elderly woman. I usually have grace when it comes to fast food workers, I know it's not an easy job, but it's easier to be kind.

Waited 15 minutes for two frosties and then decided to bail. Not worth the time and $6. There are only two people working there. It’s crazy.

I had the same experience as the other reviewers. Unbelievably terrible. They can continue this way because you will spend money here anyway.

The power went off and on several times in the plaza, power was restored but neither the keosh or register worked here. All of the other establishments were up and running. I waited more than 45 min. before being able to order.

i was there going on a road trip and been waiting for it to open since 6:50 because it supposedly opens at “7:00 “ waited half a hour just for it to open and just for a mean worker who works there yelling and telling me to leave because it was still closed but i was just waiting in the line and the customer service was so bad the food took forever to come out the worker came late to work i would rate lower if i could she told me to leave that it was closed multiple times .

Garbage... Only way to order was the kiosk which I prefer to use except it was not working. After about 10 minutes Kiosk was back up and running. Ordered and then about 23 minutes later my name disappeared off of the preparation list. I along with a few others asked why our names were gone? The employee said it should be out soon. After another 6 or 7 minutes I asked for a refund and the manager said my order was just about ready. Then I got the wrong order... When I attempted to ask about it I was left waiting before I finally just gave up and left. The manager told everyone we had to be patient as there were only two people working. So a quick jump off the turnpike became a 45 minute ordeal. I love Wendy's but this location is the worst I have ever been...

Unbelievably bad attitudes from the staff .
Close this shitty place down, two persons deserving a busy plaza fastfood...... waiting 30 min for a order than ask if I want refund because they can't cover the order!
