I don’t even know where to begin with this review. I generally like Wendy’s and rank it at the top of fast food burger places because experience has shown me their food is hot fresh and pretty good.
This entire place needs a FEMA trailer outside, because it is an absolute disaster!!!
First, they want you to order off the kiosk in the dining area, however four of the kiosks were not even working and five more could not accept credit card payments at them. So after spending five minutes trying to find a kiosk just to place an order I headed up to the Wendy’s counter to use their kiosk on their counter . After another five minutes and three failed attempts to place an order I finally got the attention of one of the two workers I saw there and told her the machine would not allow me to place my order. She said give me a moment and I’ll take your order. About three minutes later she finished handing out bags and took my order. It was 2:21 PM according to my receipt when I finally placed the order.
Since it seemed like orders were being served about every three or four minutes and there were four people in front of me I headed next-door to place an order at Dunkin’ Donuts which is another disaster in itself. I made my way back in 15 minutes and began waiting I didn’t even see my name on the ticker board. After another five minutes and the person that had ordered behind me received their order for a family of four, I went to the counter to ask what was going on. Apparently the lady who rang up my order never finished pushing the last button on the register and once she did my name finally appeared and it took almost 10 more minutes before I got my order.
The large order of fries was warm, but they were hard, like they had sat under the heat lamp for who knows how long. I know that I had been there for 20 minutes and didn’t see fresh fries come up. The chicken tenders were hot and had I not been as aggravated as I was I would’ve double checked the bag but I never got any sauces whatsoever for the chicken strips. The burger I ordered was OK at best.
This place should’ve had at least two more workers on the line.
I received my order at 2:54 PM, which is a 33 minute wait, not counting the 10 minutes I wasted on the kiosks!

Florida, the vacation destination for families but they have no kids meal or small sandwiches. Kids need to get a full burger. Also staff said no cups of water, need to buy water. Is that even legal? I mean they already jacked up the prices but can't give you a $.05 cup to go with your $8 sandwich. If you want a burger get off at the exit prior to turnpike.

DO NOT STOP TO GET FOOD HERE! Service is the worst and food safety should inspect them. The you will get your food an hour later. Not sure who is a manager here but they clearly need a different job.

12/25/2025 8:40am The kiosk kept erroring when placing an order. Then the gal (Marie) treated me like it was my fault the kiosk had issues and was mean about taking our order. It took 20+ min to get our 2 sandwich meal. When we got it the potatoes were just tossed in the bag, the burrito wasn’t even wrapped up. Worst Wendy’s experience I have ever had. We frequent this stop and will not eat here again.

I was trying to place an order because I was playing with cash and the lady comes up and points to me to go to an automated machine and I told her I’m paying cash. She pointed at it again and then walked off while waiting in line. the manager came up and he told me I’m gonna help the lady behind you because she works here. That makes no sense whatsoever. The lady that was disrespectful is African-American with dreads and then the manager that was telling me I have to wait till he could services an employee that works here is a Caucasian male. Worst service I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s restaurant.

What a nightmare! Took forever, the staff was rude, the burger cold, although the fries and chicken sandwich were hot. Also they refused to refund people who ordered Frosty’s despite the machine being out of order. I wish I’d known how bad they were before we stopped. Awful!

Understaffed, cold food and the service was awful with our meals taking 45 minutes to make. So many people waiting for hot food and we got cold food. Not hot and fresh and the staff was extremely rude. If Dave was still alive he’d be appalled.
