I ordered 2 large fries from the app from the parking lot for my dinner. The fries are not even edible. They are cold, mushy and disgusting.
My husband ordered chili. It has long strings of onions. It tastes like it sat too long to be served.
It’s not like I ordered 30 minutes earlier and my food sat. It was less than a minute. (I like to get points through app ordering)
There was no option on the app to add bbq sauce. I ask the gentleman at the window for bbq sauce. He handed them out the window and then shut the window.. No… Have a nice night, Here you go, How many do you need.

I had a pipe leak at my house. After cleaning up all day and checking into a hotel all I wanted was some food. I am now tired, hungry and angry (hangry)
Zero stars. I do not recommend this location. If you’re traveling try another exit for Wendy’s.

Very dirty, floor was sticky, drink station was very sticky, tables all dirty. No cups for ketsup. Front register girl was rude to customers. No customer service skills whatsoever. Had an attitude and her demeanor was way off from what it should have been. One lady said I'm sorry I didn't hear the choices of frozen drinks when she was told (blue) was not available... the cashier yelled the choices at her... no name tag...description hair dark top and red/maroon bottom. You should do better than this.

Vegetarian options: Frosty is good. Salad without the meat is OK. Most everything else involves meat.
