I just went there. I ordered the 2 jr bacon cheeseburger for 8 dollars meal. I went thru the drive thru as I was in a rush.. I get down the street to find out my food was cold.. the burgers tastes like they been sitting around for hours. The cheese was melted but the buns were hard. Stale almost. I was forced to eat it because like I said I didn't have time to turn around.. do better wendys. This is the 3rd or 4th time I've been there and it's been terrible. I don't go back.

I asked for a spicy chicken and they give me a regular chicken chicken that was disgusting and I went to the cashier and she tell me no that's what you ordered I say no ma'am In manager ask he don't do nothing about it

So my dad eats Wendy's 3 or 4 times a week. He always swaps out the nuggets for a baked potato and the fries for a chili. And he pays for a frosty upgrade. So we were working out of town today and stoped at one on the way home. He orders and all the punk says is NO, not at this location. Was not accommodating and quite rude to be honest. And since I'm being honest here. I think he intentionally gave dad a fork instead of a spoon.

Wendy's chicken strips are not as good as a frozen, then microwaved box of chicken from Publix.
Trash is overflowing, women's restroom is worst than a truck stop, drink machine out of soda, tables were dirty, lobby floors were dirty with sticky spots, and staff were rude. We ordered 8 meals.

Came about a month ago at around 6:30 am. Was told at the drive thru that she doesn’t have help so she isn’t taking any orders. Decided to give them a try this morning, sat at the drive thru no one ever came to take my order. As I drove off I see atleast two women inside watching me drive off. Waste of time getting off the exit to stop at this place. Keep going
