Customer service in the drive thru was awful. She gave such an attitude she entire order and we were the only ones there with no one inside. She didn’t even say you’re welcome after we said thank you. The food order at least was correct but that still won’t make me ever come back to this one.

0 for everything! Needs to fire everyone and allow people that wants to work WORK ! Fruit punch taste like Tylenol cough medicine I didn’t even let my kids drink it ! and fries taste like cardboard . Don’t waste your time . Keep driving 🤣🤣🤣🤣
If I could give negative stars, I most definitely would. We are in from out of town - we stopped by, first they told us we could only order on the kiosk then they gave us drink cups but all sodas were out in the lobby and NO ICE. We asked politely for ice and soda and the manager slammed each cup with ice on the counter showing he was bothered. Then we got our food - fries were bad like oil hasn’t been changed in forever - chicken nuggets dry - the burgers were awful. Everything was done with an attitude. I don’t know what their problem is - I mean service and food being awful - I regret spending money on trash !

Only problem I have with All Wendy’s,they have mustard options…. Every Wendy’s I try Never put mustard on the burgers ever and they don’t give you the packets as well 🤦🏼♀️ if your not going to do the Mustard why have it as a option?
Didn't even get to try the food because the lady working there was so rude ... instead of telling us she forgot to lock the door and ask us to use the drive thru she immediately got an attitude and said there was only 2 of them working that the inside was closed that we cant order in here and asked how we even got into the restaurant... as of we snuck in or something 😒

Every time I go there, there is a door that is locked and I choose that door every time. So frustrating. The lights are off outside so it appears to not be open when it is.

Walked inside and ordered 3 Jr cheeseburger deluxe. 2 regular and 1 no onion. After 15 minutes I asked the cashier if that was my 3 burgers sitting there. She was clueless. I gave them about 5 more minutes and told her again that that must be my order. After a short conversation with her she finally remembered my order. She bagged them and I walked to my truck to find 1 with onions, 1 no onions and a bacon cheese burger. My beagle is more attentive than that whole staff. Sorry Wendy's, but that was your last chance with me. I truly understand why you are closing the doors. Poor management bring poor staff.

To start, the wait time to order and to receive your meal is ridiculous. Would have been nice to have a chocolate frosty, ya know the one thing every Wendys should have, but nope, no chocolate. Only vanilla, vanilla frosty's are an abomination. The ketchup at the self serve pump was sour, they gave us packs and corrected the issue. The dinning room could have been cleaner. I say this because there was no one other than a Wendys worker in the DR when we arrived. That worker returned to the back and a second worker went on break. Another worker came out to chat and that's when the second worker pointed out to her that she should wipe the tables down. Kudos to the worker who acknowledged the mess that no one else could see. The fries were okay, the burger was dry (way overcooked), the soda was okay (definitely not a chocolate frosty), overall just meh.

Morning team needs a lot of work. Ordered one breakfast burrito and was the only car in there. Was told to pull up to the door and waited 15 minutes to receive my food. In that time I saw 2 people pull up to try and order food and drive off due to no response.

this location is kiosk only and you have a lot of people that do not know how to use them. I watched three couples walk out of the restaurant because they didn’t wanna bother with it.

Trash! This location needs to be shut down immediately! There is 3 taco bells sitting without any employees to have this much incompetent packed in to one building! Food took 20 minutes to arrive cold. The manager treats all his people like crap, but maybe they are...?
