Look, I’m sorry y’all were busy tonight? But if y’all could please let the lady with the black hair bonnet at the window know that

1. She doesn’t actually have to be huffy about it when a customer politely asks for their drink to be No Ice as was specified in the app, and

2. Y’all’s app does not give the option to order extra condiments to pay for, so there is REALLY NO REASON to get even huffier about 50 Freaking Cents just because I asked for an extra ranch packet.

Good grief.

I’m a service worker, too; I work at a Publix Deli, in fact, and this kind of BS behavior towards someone who was nothing but respectful and apologetic is just completely uncalled for.

No Ice and an extra condiment was really NOT worth acting like a heifer over.

Do better, ma’am.

UPDATE: So, not only was that lady huffy with me over the requested No Ice in my drink and for giving me a Ranch cup, but she also gave me the wrong drink (Coke Zero is not Root Beer with Vanilla) and the BBQ condiment that I was able to ask for in the app? She gave me a Sweet Chili instead.

Like, how the hell you gonna be that huffy and attitudinal with me when you got LITERALLY EVERY PART of my order that you had a hand in COMPLETELY WRONG? 🤨

Like, ma’am?? I’m more than acquainted with how much it sucks working in fast food, but you are RIDICULOUS for this.

Absolutely ridiculous being that much of a jerk to someone when you couldn’t even get the most basic of requests correct.

Stone cold burgers and fries, hard dried out buns, and way over seasoned chili. Been here 3 times, awful all 3. Not sure why this location is so bad, but we will not be back.

The drive thru worker is VERY rude too.

I just went into this Wendy's and the lady saw me come in. She turned her back on me and continued her conversation with her coworker. When she finally turned around, she says I'll be right with you. But she turned her back on me and kept on talking to her coworker. It was an intentional act of hatefulness. It's so sad that we have such hate in this world.
