Ordered dinner for entire family so a large order yes but waited 10-15 minutes in the drive thru and live about 5 minutes away everything was cold before we even got home disappointed 1/5 just drive to the one in Oxford if you want Wendy’s

Short line but we seemed to wait over 30 minutes. I wanted to use cash but the angry lady behind the counter told me I had to use the kiosk therefore I couldn’t get a refund. shortly after I seen another customer pay cash. Other customers seemed pretty exhausted waiting in line also making the atmosphere tense. Again the lady was extremely rude and this was a terrible experience. Pass this place up if possible , not as convenient as one would expect.

Absolutely ridiculous order a Baconator with no ketchup no mustard literally two pieces of bacon ketchup swimming all over the sandwich I don't know who's making the sandwiches but the damn sure can't read but they want $15 an hour to make a sandwich pretty pathetic if you ask me couldn't even eat the sandwich for the taste of the nasty ass ketchup

Service is poor, you literally stick to the floors because they're so nasty, trash cans over flowing and it wasn't even busy.
Nakita, Jolly, Aaron, and Patsy provided such wonderful customer service. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile. I ordered the number two which is the sausage egg and cheese croissant meal. I didn't realize that it comes with Swiss cheese and when I asked if they could remake it they did without hesitation!
