Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

It was our first time at this location, the staff was helpful and awesome. The food was fresh and delicious, we'll definitely be back.

It was an alright fast food place

Zaxby's do better! Ordered chicken strips X 2. Chicken and sides room temperature at best. Had to ask for ice and napkins. The dining room and tables were very dirty. We used to love Zaxby's, but we are no longer going back. What a shame!

It's just OK. Nothing to rave about. No homemade sauces. Store looks dirty in the back. Employees had stains on clothes and looked unhappy.

STOLE MY CREDIT CARD WHEN I LEFT IT IN THE DRIVE THRU!
I went to this location to get a drink. The drink wasn’t even good. You could taste the nasty water through the drink, or maybe they just don’t clean their drink machine.

I also left my card there and the lady working in the drive-through stole my credit card. They caught her on surveillance flipping my card over and writing down numbers, and likely tried to hide The half of the video where she flipped the card over And then wrote down a number on a piece of paper. They Would not confirm that this person has been fired!

Check your credit card statements if you’re gonna go to the Zaxby’s! ASAP!!

ETA: I already did that and we have already spoken. There is no point for us to discuss this further. There is no resolution to fix what you guys did.

The location is nice. I ordered a cobb salad and I am very upset that they gave me a very poorly sized salad! I know that they serve better food than this! I will be contacting the manager of this location and letting them know that this isn't quality service! I will never come back to this location ever again!
