This particular establishment is the worst zaxbys I’ve ever been to in my entire life. The bathrooms are filthy, the lobby smelled like weed and they messed up our simple orders twice. Manager was rude, racist and disrespectful as well. Employees clearly need more instruction during training, and better leaders. I would not recommend this Zaxbys for anyone until theres better operation.

I love the Zensation Salad. The size of it seems to be getting smaller every time I order it lately - including the amount of chicken. I still enjoy it, but wish it was like it was when originally put out. Service has been lackluster - always seems under staffed lately.

My father and I came in for some for lunch and the young woman at the counter was not only rude and dismissive to both of us she was high and later bragged to her coworker who was going on break. The food was hot and fresh. I really like the different sauces you can choose from. I prefer hot so I got some of the Nuclear sauce for my Kickin' Chicken. Must try! Some guy was changing out the rugs though and didn't want to speak I guess. My daughter had to tell me to move so he can take the old rug. He pulled the old rug and I continued my order. Then he laid the new rug down on my feet, again, without saying anything. As we sat down at our table the manager seemed really nice and professional as he apologized for the inconvenience. Besides the rug incident it was a great lunch.
