Over an hour and a half (6:35pm-8:10pm) for delivery on a Monday evening for a house that’s less than 10 min away. And it was cold, of course. Paid the delivery fee and tipped 25%. Friggin ridiculous.

I ordered a medium pizza with Alfredo sauce, ham and pineapple. The looked like it slid off the back seat. All the ingredients had slid off to one side. One half had nothing left on it and the other side you needed a spoon to eat it. It was not edible! What a waste of time and money.

If I could give a -1 star I’d do it. Supposedly our order was in their bullshit quality check for 2 hours then the illiterate driver can’t find the house with explicit written directions and instead of contacting us drives in the wrong direction. I’m hung up on twice when getting transferred to the manager. Ordered at 7:30 finally cancelled at 9:30. Hope you never need an “emergency pizza “ because they can’t get a simple order to you. This might be fine in a big town but small towns, good luck.

I ordered a pizza at 12:30 and had to call twice after an hour and half because the driver claimed to be “lost”. On the second time I called the workers claimed that the driver was at a home for the past 13 mins and as I was watching my trackers app he was still at the elementary school. I’ve ordered from dominos lots of times and had the same customer experience but this time was really the kicker. This was really a horrible experience for someone to experience especially someone that always spends more than $50.00 an order as well as tips well. Do better!

Everytime I order from this location its been over a hour to get my order. I understand if it happens once but, its Everytime I order. There excuse is being under staffed so, I don't put any fault on the employees. The upper management needs to hire more staff!!!

I ordered the large 2 topping pizza for $6.99 and got 2 since the price was so great! I also asked for extra sauce which I think I got. I asked for it not to be cut. Looking at receipt it says no cut for both pizzas...they were cut. I asked for this due to the drive distance. I felt uncut they would stay hotter. Over all I was very pleased (pleasantly). I prefer Hungry Howies or homemade but this satisfied me tonight so I am glad I ordered tonight, thank you and keep up the great work pizza team!! Lynn
