Fat G's BBQ caterer an event we helped host for a dear family friend. It was a Celebration of Life at her personal home in Crystal River. They were very accommodating from putting together the menu all the way through set-up & service. Their team showed up on time, were polite, professional & the food was hot, well seasoned & got raving reviews from guests. It was served perportionally to insure all were fed for an event where expected headcount was undefined....
Had Greg do the catering for our wedding and it was a smash hit. The pulled pork was rich and succulent and the Mac and cheese will never disappoint. The stuffed chicken was juicy and delicious. We got so many compliments on how the food tasted and Greg and his staff were perfectly professional and kind. Greg personally made sure we got our plates and were able to enjoy them fully as well as checking on us frequently to make sure my wife and I had enough to eat and drink. Magnificent...
We picked up BBQ from Fat G’s on our way into Gainesville for tailgating. This is the first time we have gotten food from them. Wow! Everything was top notch. We had pulled pork, smoked Mac & cheese, beans, and cole slaw. Portions were very generous and price was right. We’ll be doing this again.
