Always a great experience when I come in on Monday evenings. Kellie is the hardest working cashier with great customer service and very tentative to each customer in the store always with a smile on her face. You can always count on a clean friendly atmosphere, fast service with a smile and good quality food with Amanda, Vera and Kellie working.

Unfortunately, this is some of the worst customer service I’ve seen from a Hardee’s establishment. WheUnfortunately, this is some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced at a Hardee's. When I walked in, there was no one at the front counter. The lady in the back saw me but continued to play on her phone. When she finally came to the front and I asked for fresh fries, she said that was fine. Then the girl who was supposed to be working at the front came in from outside, did not wash her hands, and said she was not OK with making fresh fries just for a small order. Eventually, they made the fries. The chicken was not fresh. I guess that was my fault for not asking for fresh. Also, no one was wearing gloves. Overall, it was a 2 out of 10 experience — not clean and definitely not worth returning.
