Food is always good tasting and hot not cold or lukewarm or warm hot but as for the drive-through service because they're on some kind of a timer they asked you to move forward so the timer on you stops and then they take care of the customer behind them I think that is totally wrong if they can't do whatever they need to do and there are a lot of time and I don't understand and to me they shouldn't be on a timer takes away from customer service

My Little House of Rescues
We wanted to have a snack on our way home from my surgery in Gainesville, and wanted to support a local restaurant. However after seeing $20+ for ONE portion which we couldn't afford to spend, we decided to go to Hardee's instead, and we had a coupon. Surprisingly the food was great and the service was fast too. This Hardee's is a good one, and not all of them are. I never had dipped French toast for dessert before and I loved it. Their signature burgers were very good, fresh and tasty, with lots of veggies.

Although we didn't get to experience the atmosphere due to getting our order to go, I still gave 5 stars because our food was cooked fresh and tasted great! We've been in California for the past 5 years and have missed hardees! The big hot ham and cheese sandwiches and chicken tender combos are my family's favorites here. Served hot, fresh and flavorful. We will be back again soon.

Love the guys here at the Hardee's I left my phone and came back for it and as soon as I walked in they handed it to me without asking .thank you for your customer service and remembering me ,because of the 2 young gentleman working I will retun..Jm.

Hubby and I just came in and ordered our burgers in a lettuce wrap and they were absolutely the best I have had at a fast food restaurant! Flavor perfect, perfect size perfect amount of condiments! Fantastic job Hardee's! Wish we had a Hardee's where we live!
