Every single time we see this lady she is in a the best mood and friendly, my daughter looks for her all the time. Ordered from the drive-thru ask for a number nine and they gave me a cheeseburger no cheese fish fillet half a sliver of cheese when asked for extra cheese no napkins in the bag one out of five stars would not recommend

This is a shout out to MS DD ! She really made our night when she calmly and polity made us a new fresh patch of fries when most times people are rude and in a rush , that you for being a true customer service rep!!
Been here twice. First experience they got both of my burgers wrong, charged me for double cheese burgers and gave me single hamburgers. Forgot the nuggets asked which sauce I'd like and still proceeded to hand me the wrong sauce with no nuggets. I figure somebody could have had a bad day and moved on but today I ordered two doubles. I got two double cheese burgers alright and about half a bottle of ketchup completely smeered all over the top bun, drenching both cheese burgers. Right after purchasing threw the burgers in the trash as they're soaking wet with ketchup.
I don't understand who would want that much ketchup, ever, on a cheese burger.
I would have snapped a picture to show how disgusting the food i was presented was, but within seconds I threw it out because I didn't want the entire paper covered in ketchup all over my car and clothes.
So disappointing cant get a cheese burger right. Second time here and definitely the last time. Do better.
I imagine the manager would have made things right for me but In my line of work I don't have 30 minutes to get out and wait for a manager to remake my food.

Consistantly gets order incorrect over years and currently. They will not charge correct for sale items on Window or advertised. Out of items also. Employees are nice, just not informed or accurate charges on register. Must be poor management owners. For example, Sign on window said and on TV and online that Breakfast Sausage McMuffin with Egg and cheese this week was $3. Pulled in drive thru, asked for it. Employee said didn't know about the sale item. It is on the poster on the Window of the front of your restuarant! She said she didn't know about any poster on window and couldn't leave to go look and has to take what the computer register charged her. So I Paid more, and after driving thru, opened and no egg. Overcharged, incorrect item.
