Stopped in after church with friends who had never been there. It was 1:00 pm and the door was locked. Hours 7-2 Carol opened the door and asked how many of us and there is no breakfast! Her husband was complaining that he turned off the fryer and we had no choice but to order lunch. She chased down our friend who was still outside asking him what he wanted to drink. The food came to the table at 1:35 and we were asked to eat in a hurry because they had to leave at 2:00
The fries were greasy cold and soggy the food was horrible! I’m sorry to say I will not be returning. We had to eat in a hurry ! That is no way to treat any customer

The service here is excellent and it's conveniently located within walking distance of Willingston Airport. However, the portions of food served to my copilot and me were EXTREMELY small and overpriced. I won't be returning.

Omelets were thin and overcooked. Waitress over-fraternized with a couple customers and neglected coffee refills.

Carol and her staff were absolutely sweethearts. We were looking for a quick breakfast that was nutritious. They were so loving, caring and kind. They gave us a true family experience with hugs and kisses! Very heartwarming experience. Thank you Carol and Dave!

This little gem is not located on the main road, but over by the small airport. It doesn’t look like much on the outside but when you get inside it is filled with friendly service, great atmosphere, and good food at good prices. Just a couple minutes off the main road but well worth the short drive. Best of all, it’s owner operated… Not one of those chain restaurants.

We stopped at the Pyper Kub Café and Restaurant in Williston, FL, while traveling from Crystal River back to Highway 75 near Gainesville. Pyper Kub Café and Restaurant is located at the Williston municipal airport and owned and operated by a lovely older couple who’ve been there for over 15 years (if I remember correctly). The place is easy to find on Google, but you cannot see it from the roads traveling through town. If you are one of those people who miss going to your grandma’s house and having her cook for you, share stories of days gone by, tell silly jokes, and make sure you have everything you need, then this is the place to visit! Carol (self-proclaimed as Crazy Carol) welcomed us into the café and let us pick where to sit. We ordered breakfast, but she offers anything on the menu to be cooked any time. She made our breakfast herself and made sure we had everything we needed just like a beloved grandmother would do. I had eggs, bacon, and home fries. My significant other had a western omelet with a sausage patty, home fries, and toast. I am pretty sure she gave us way more than normal! She was such a blessing. She shared some interesting stories about the café and her husband, who was also there and threw in a few jokes. Such a lovely lady! At the time, we were the only customers, but towards the end of our meal, a couple of other people walked in and another employee. We could tell Carol and her husband care very deeply about their community and those who stop by the airport for a fresh meal. The prices are great, and she offered specials packaged baked goods for an extra couple of dollars, which reminded me of when grandma makes brownies to send home with you. When we left, Carol offered us a hug and hoped for our safe travels home. Oddly, they offer public notary service, too, if you happen to need something notarized. The owners love God and love the military (Carol’s husband is a veteran). I hope that anyone reading this review will stop at the café while open (7am-2pm daily at this time) and give Carol some love while she cooks for you! What they offer at this café is something that seems missing in a lot of businesses today – the sense that you are truly welcome, wanted, and the owners so gracious for customers to treat like family. Give them a try!
