Over priced in my opinion

Stop by during lunch. The lady working was by herself because of an emergency with her coworker that happened right before lunch. But she stayed calm and did an amazing job. She deserves a raise for sure.

This is the only Subway in a 300 mile radius that WILL NOT accept ANY promotions. The app offers so many great deals, like a BOGO footlong, but the franchise owner has decided to disable all promotions for this store to earn themselves an extra dollar. I'd highly recommend going a few miles west to the Subway in Bronson where they accept all promotions.

Ordered online…sandwich was good, but somewhat overboard on the salt and I’ve never seen a sandwich wrapped like that…it was very loosely wrapped around the sub with both ends left open…honestly I think a 5 yo could wrap better than that…it’s really not that difficult! This is what’s aggravating when you pay and they expect a tip!

This was a busy place at 7:30! The two ladies making the sandwiches were patient and thorough. We split a footlong ham & cheese combo and everything was delicious. I was disappointed that I couldn’t use my coupon on the app for a free cookie. They had none to give ?

We sat inside to eat. Very nice seating area. Everything was clean. Lots of room for everyone! We used the bathrooms and were impressed with how clean they are.

I'm very disappointed with my experience today. My brother and I came in from traveling from Orlando. The two employees spoke to us and said one moment, please. After about 7 minutes of standing there, I realized both employees were working on an online order and neither of them were going to stop making the online order to assist us. So, I asked if either of them were going to assist us and one of the two stated they had a larger order and it will be a while before they can help assist us. So, we decided to leave. One of the two could've stopped to help make our two subs and continued with the larger order afterwards. The online order customer wasn't in the store waiting, so their food would've been waiting on them to arrive. It was disappointing that neither communicated with us to even tell us how long the wait will be or even bother to assist us. We were just standing there. Very disappointing.
