This was a busy place at 7:30! The two ladies making the sandwiches were patient and thorough. We split a footlong ham & cheese combo and everything was delicious. I was disappointed that I couldn’t use my coupon on the app for a free cookie. They had none to give ?
We sat inside to eat. Very nice seating area. Everything was clean. Lots of room for everyone! We used the bathrooms and were impressed with how clean they are.

I'm very disappointed with my experience today. My brother and I came in from traveling from Orlando. The two employees spoke to us and said one moment, please. After about 7 minutes of standing there, I realized both employees were working on an online order and neither of them were going to stop making the online order to assist us. So, I asked if either of them were going to assist us and one of the two stated they had a larger order and it will be a while before they can help assist us. So, we decided to leave. One of the two could've stopped to help make our two subs and continued with the larger order afterwards. The online order customer wasn't in the store waiting, so their food would've been waiting on them to arrive. It was disappointing that neither communicated with us to even tell us how long the wait will be or even bother to assist us. We were just standing there. Very disappointing.

Overcharged, be cautious when paying!!! I ordered 2 six inch subs, one was tuna and one was steak. While paying, I was asked if I wanted any cookies or chips or drinks, and I said no thank you. I was then told the amount was $27 and some odd change and the lady asked if I wanted a receipt. I said yes, I’d like a receipt and continued to tap my card, but thought to myself, that’s a high price for just 2 6-inch sub sandwiches…The lady then grabbed the receipt and kept it and just handed me the sandwiches. I should have been more adamant about getting the receipt, but I was in a hurry and just left with my sandwiches. So be careful to not get overcharged and leave without a receipt like I made the mistake of doing!
