Past few times I’ve gotten food something is missing from my order or my chicken flat breads would have no sauce or wrong sauce it is disappointing at this point

I’ve been to this taco bell dozens of times. I had zero complaints until today, when they made the unbelievably unfortunate decision to discontinue breakfast. The franchise owner has fallen in line with the epidemic of taco bells across the country discontinuing breakfast, and they should be deeply ashamed of their actions. I won’t be back until this abhorrent decision has been reversed.

The keep the bathroom locked and like to go in the back and talk instead of making ur food sat here the only ones in the store for 20+mins the the dude in the back didn't even make our food till I said something

We were the only customers in the drive through and they still got out order wrong after they repeat it back to us, when they repeated it back to us saying the wrong things and when e corrected them they claimed that they said it right the first time.

I've only stopped here in emergency situations because I know the food is going to be cold and my order probably wrong... But at this point I'd rather starve...

this place sprinkels meat in the hard tacos and fill rest of them w lettuce & cheese "very annoying"
I went to the drive thru at the Williston Taco Bell, today. I had been craving a beef Chalupa for awhile, so I ordered one & also got a double beef burrito. My husband ordered a #1. I drove home to orange lake & opened the TB bag so I could enjoy my meal. I was soon found I was given a "chicken" chalupa. I do not like chicken in my tacos. That's not what I ordered. I also got a darn cheesy bean & rice burrito. Again, not what I ordered My receipt clearly showed I ordered a "beef" chalupa & a beefy burrito. That is not what I got. It was too far & gas is too expensive to drive the 15 miles back to the TB. I called & asked for the manager. All that was said was she apologized but they have been having issues due to training. If they were busy, I might be more understanding, but they were not.
After talking to manager, I figured I would try it, cause I was hungry. I took a bite of each & it did not suit my taste, at all. So that was money & food that literally got thrown away.
I understand mistakes happen, it's just for what they charge they should do better by double checking orders & be sure they are correct before handing the customer their food.
I've been to this location before & didn't have these issues. Do better Williston Taco Bell. It's very disappointing.
