The cashier was rude the service was slow they were more concern with drive thru then the customer inside but the food was made right and it was hot but they need more cashier up front

We normally love Wendy’s if we have to choose a fast food, but this is the worst location we have ever been to and we have lived and traveled across the entire United States. Food options are limited in town so we have given this location a chance a few times now and we have gotten sick almost every single time. I think the only times we haven’t gotten sick is because we toss our food after one bite because it’s stale and disgusting. Who ever owns this location needs to do a better job or the health department needs to pay a visit.

Check your food for glass or plastic. I found glass or plastic in my frosty, called the store to let them know and to shut down the machine. Employee had zero concern, when I told her what I found in my frosty she said “ok?” As if she was wondering why I was telling her then hung the phone up when I asked her if she wasn’t concerned. I called corporate, they didn’t seem to care much said I’d receive a call and as of 3 days later have not received any phone call except the local store asking for my name and address which I have zero intentions on giving. I wouldn’t trust anything out of this dump or any Wendy’s after seeing the lack of concern, frosty machine is still up and running

Wendy's food is generally good, but after 2 times here it's safe to say something just ain't right, nuggets are my go to and I was excited about the Wednesday meal, come to, to find the nuggets stale as rocks, almost inedible, and the fries, completely unsalted, tasted like they were the one's that never quite left the fryer basket until the 6th go round only to be left unattended behind the counter for at least a few hours, sitting alongside a baconator who was also forgotten through the test of time

I went in with my dad. I got a double baconator. It came with 2 pieces of bacon. I asked for more. They threw the burger out. Gave me another with 3 pieces of bacon on it. I could've just gotten a double cheese burger with bacon and saved 2 dollars. The cook asked how much bacon to put on it and the manager said put more just don't overdue it. My dad got a 20 piece nugget with hot sauce on them. They were old. This place could probably afford to put bacon on the baconator if they didn't have 5 people standing around giggling and not working. Wendy's has really gone down hill these last few years.

Sat in the driveway through for several minutes, pulled around to window to find employees just sitting around. Still didn't recognize me sitting there. This is ridiculous. Not the first time this happened and I Won't be back. Hardee's is right across the road.

I eat here regularly. It's what you'd expect from a Wendy's, with one exception. Never get mayonnaise on anything. It doesn't matter what it is or what time of day you go. If you don't tell them no mayo, you're getting a mayonnaise sandwich. You have been warned.
