We had lunch here today. The restaurant had numerous dirty tables. Once the waitress came to the table she seemed annoyed. Took our drink orders and took 20 minutes to come back to the table. I watched a customer spill his drink and he cleaned up the table himself and went and got a mop and mopped the floor. We received our food and the waitress took her time to come back to the table. Went to pay and no one came to check us out. Myself and another gentleman stood there for 5 minutes.
The restaurant needs a person to make sure things get done in a timely fashion.
Food was OK. Not very warm.

My wife and I stopped by this restaurant for a quick lunch and had a pleasant experience. While the first order of ribs wasn’t great, the staff replaced them for free and were very accommodating. The service was excellent, the price was fair, and overall, I have no complaints. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back again.

Kid-friendliness: They had crayons for children to draw with and keep them occupied while waiting on the food

This place needs management. Took almost an hour to get our food. We weren't sure if the table had been cleaned when we were seated. It looked dirty. We watched them seat guests at a table next to us that had a toddler eating off the table, and they never cleaned the table . She simply took a dry paper towel and pushed the crumbs on the floor. We asked for ranch with our meal twice, and it never came. The food came out at room temperature. We're now praying we don't get food poisoning from how poorly things seemed to run.

The bathrooms were dirty, too.

Me and my finance always get the salad bar. This time, there was hardly any lettuce up there, the hot bar DID NOT look fresh at all. It looked like it had been up there for 2 days. Our waitress was amazing though.

Parking: There's plenty of parking.

Spent 1/2 hr in line waiting to get in. Over an hr to get food to table. Hubby and I ordred sandwiches and fries. Not like we had a huge order. Grand daughter ordered kids chicken strips and we were totally shocked. They were literally COLD, just out of the fridge. Yes they were cooked but not before they got to the table. Told the waitress and she replaced them with fresh hot ones. She literally went in the kitchen and cooked them herself. Another waitress came over and told us this since the "boys " in the kitchen were running behind, to let us know what was taking so long. First it took forever to get the food and then this delay. They were extremely busy since the Peanut Festival was going on. We did ask for a mgr, but no one came and at this point after being in there for over 2 hrs, we just wanted out of there.

The worst ever. More then 40 min for cold food. The cleaning of the salad bar and restaurant should be inspected. No refills and over priced for sure.

Every table was dirty. We asked for a booth, and they said they were dirty and had no time to clean one for us. But another group that was right behind us asked for a booth. They had no problem cleaning a booth to give to them. I truly believe it was a race thing. Then, they proceeded to clean tables for other groups that came in at the same time as us.

Food used to be much better. Seemed cheap and thrown together. Price is high compared to the quality. I used to love this place. It has definitely changed.

Good food, nice wait staff, great small town feel. Decent prices will definitely be going be going back I just wish they had Coke products and not Pepsi.

Excellent barbeque, ribs, and wing were excellent. That garlic toast is addictive need to get a loaf

First of all, when we got seated there were 3 tables full of dirty plates and cups. Those tables never got bussed the entire time we were there, and even other tables were left unbussed when those customers left. The food is usually great, but today the salad bar was lacking fresh food and some things we had to ask the waitstaff to refill. They should be keeping an eye on this stuff, the fruit wasn't edible because it was spoiled and the crackers and chips were stale. The barbecue was decent at least, though you will need to season or sauce it. Then there's the waitstaff; we went 30 minutes without seeing our waitress a single time, and when we finally got asked if we needed anything it wasn't even our original server. I've come here plenty of times but this is by far the worst experience I've had.

We waited 30+ minutes in the drive-thru. DONT waste your time here. The guy at the window seemed like he didn’t want to be at work. The guy took our order and we paid and he said it would be out. Then we watched him walk through a door and he never come back. 35 minutes later another employee came to the window and asked if we had been helped. We told him we had ordered and paid 30 minutes ago. He saw our ticket by the window and walked over and our order had been sitting on a counter. Nothing was done for inconveniencing for us. They weren’t even busy. The food wasn’t even worth the wait. Don’t waste your time stopping here.

Love this place. Great bbq and the best bbq sauce (Alabama Slamma) ever! Can’t wait to go back.

We had high hopes but it wasn't what we expected. We were starving after snorkling at Devil's Den and opted for the salad bar... but almost everything was bland and tastleless. Even the salad dressings were blah. Thankfully the smashed potatoes and meatballs were good though (on salad bar).

The other problem was that they were way understaffed. We watched as many customers waited forever for the nice server to come to the front, to seat, serve and run register. Terrible scheduling on management.
They place was nice, clean and the salad bar was well stocked.
