Rude staff which is ridiculous for a new business 4 of us walked out Since we were ignored by 2 employees We are treated better the drivers license office THEY at least say HELLO Is there a manager who paid to run this business and allow employees to ignore customers IT was dead !!!! Not one customer but the 4 of us and my child asked daddy why are they ignoring us

The place runs like a clown car at a circus. One customer in line ahead of me and 12 minutes later no plain bagel with cream cheese made to my order. I walked out. There were 11 employees working and they could not toast a bagel put cream cheese on it and give it to me in less than 12 minutes. i’m done trying. I won’t feel bad when they go out of business.

I just want to start by saying this place is AMAZING!!!! The customer service and hospitality from the staff is superb which is rare for a busy bagel spot! The bagels are FRESH as ever! My fave is the bacon egg and cheese, they don’t use cheap like McDonald’s processed bacon or eggs its taste as if you made it from home! I love it here! 10/10 I highly recommend!

I had Bagels & Co cater a company breakfast meeting and they did an amazing job! The food was incredible, everyone raved about the bagel quality as well as how many flavors were offered. The service was outstanding as well, Mike took the time to walk me through what they could offer as well as suggest quantities for my large group. He also personally delivered everything bright and early at 7AM and helped me set it all up. I could not recommend Bagels & Co more! They were a great company to work with and I can't wait to have them cater more events for us.
