This franchise has been here as long as i can remember, thatâs a long time. Always friendly smiling service, these fine folks crank out all your favorite DQ cones, sundaes, and Blizzards, slush saucers and dogs. A perfect snack, or deserts. Its a fun okdschool DQ walk up window with outdoor seating. Enjoy.

I have been a patron at this location before and I have never had an experience like the one I had last night. I would like to advise that this location is doing some serious PRICE GOUGING. The owner or manager of this location had the audacity to try and charge me $16 for an ice cream parfait. Had I not been to the Pompano Beach dairy queen the night before I would have fallen for her trap. I told the manager the price was different elsewhere and her response was "I don't know about other stores; I only know about this store." As a manager of a business, I would NEVER speak to a customer like that even if they were wrong. She could have conveyed her message a different way. This lady was seriously trying to nickel and dime me for every layer on the parfait. She finally was somewhat accommodating and made my treat in a sundae cup, but then she was aggressively upselling me to get the large, when I wanted a small. It is kind of ridiculous that I paid 9.05 for a sundae at Wilton and paid 8.23 at the Pompano location for a parfait double in size. Iâm sure they couldnât care less if I am a customer there again or not, but if I could convince anyone else to not support this business I will. If it wasnât for the busy nightlife in the area we know very well this franchise would not survive. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DRIVE TO COMMERCIAL INSTEAD!

I have tried multiple times to love this location and give it the patronage I believe Dairy Queen deserves. However, this location is the Wild Wild West of Dairy Queenâs. Do NOT expect this place to have the same standards as regular DQ locations.
Iâve kindly accepted chewy stale nuts that tasted as though they had been soaked in water. I also once ordered a blizzard flavor I had been ordering for years and had to argue with the owner when she put graham crackers into the mix. I unfortunately have an allergy and cannot have random flavors thrown into my ice cream willy-nilly. She insisted I was wrong about this particular flavor that I have been ordering for years.
I gave it one more shot today. I ordered a cup of vanilla ice cream with a side of the chocolate dipping sauce. She snapped âwe donât do toppings on the side.â
It says open at 1 and I waited till 2PM and it still wasnât open. The time on google needs to be updated in which that is not professional. I was really looking forward to my cheesecake blizzard đ

I just went to this location and waited 10 minutes in line. When it was time to order I showed them my app and said I had the birthday reward the young girl tried to help me but then asked manager which size to give me because app says medium shake or sundae but she wasnât sure if the medium applied to the sundae as well. The manager (older black woman) comes and says you need to purchase something to get the reward and I said no if you look at my app all the rules are clearly stated and no where does it say anything about a purchase; i already have the reward embedded and earned. Then she says oh but it has to be an online order and again I said please look at my phone and READ everything it says online app OR scan for in store purchase (it literally says use 5 digit code of scanner is not available at restaurant in the app reward) and she just kept repeating over and over that it has to be an app order and that they donât do app orders at that location-honestly she just seemed hell bent on not giving me the birthday reward- either because she didnât want to or because she didnât know how to scan it or use it, not really sure but she wasnât unhelpful, didnât say happy birthday or let me try and figure something out- nothing. Wasted time waiting the line and then explaining to this woman that doesnât seem to read or have any common sense or comprehension. Absolutely unacceptable & on a birthday reward! I then went to another location right after and guess what they were able to scan it no problem!! A medium Sundae! Get with it Wilton Manors or people you hire! Never coming back to this particular location.
