Coffee at this location always tastes burnt. Bagels are usually a little on the stale side. Staff is very very slow here. Wouldn't recommend stopping here if you're under a time crunch. Usually takes about 15 minutes to get a coffee and a bagel at this one. If you have to, go up Oakland Park a bit to the one on the corner of Andrews its much better quality.

UPDATE: I've spent well over $1,000 at this dunkin donuts this calendar year alone. Today I was told not to come back because I brought groceries to the store today to try and give away to the employees and the District Manager (who everyone thinks is a jerk and is responsible for the insane turnover in staff at this location) tells me it's not a good look. Well guess what? It's gonna be a good look for my wallet not coming and spending money there everyday anymore.
Added picture to show how often I go. I started going to this location mid-March and by July 12 I had already ordered 100 times on the app, not the mention the 20-25 times I paid cash.

We get a large order of donuts and coffee from here every Sunday Morning and they always have it ready for us with all the fixings . Sometimes we have trouble ordering it online but they always have it ready still . The manager is always friendly and the two girls that work every Sunday morning are friendly and very hard working . They stay working hard and I always depend on my order being hot and fresh . They make my Sunday mornings very easy . Thank you ladies.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is always stopped. They have quick and friendly service and a clean environment. I’ve been to several Dunkin’ Donuts and every time one Dunkin doesn’t have something and I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts. They are always on point and have what I need. Is this a Dunkin Donuts or a homeless daycare shelter? Too many people with luggage waiting on something..
I don't know who works at 3-5 pm, usually, but neither got my order right. There is always, *always* some issue with my order, whether it's forgetting an item or not making the coffees I order right (watered down or not even bothering to add anything other than ice). I don't usually like complaining or being a Karen over small stuff, but even the experience has gotten worse, like all I ask is not to forget the basics, I don't even care if you're rude because working any customer service job sucks, but I'm just tired by now. If I'm gonna throw my money away and not even get anything out of it (at all), I might as well put it elsewhere. I know nothing will change, they never do at these kind of jobs, so might as well just stop going or buying anything Dunkin Donuts related.

So I go in for a decaf and this young male employee who seems high gave me bitter decaf coffee. Than he lied and said the coffee was just brewed smh never again.
