They left something out of the order. They do not answer their phone. I came back in a few hours later. The woman behind the counter was very snarly and rude saying they needed a receipt. I found the receipt. They were still snarly and rude even though it was their mistake. The chef was not rude,just the counter person.....And the food made me sick

The rudest staff I’ve ever dealt with every time they messed something up or talk back and are very disorganized, this is the closest Dunkin to where I live, but I choose elsewhere due to these factors. I advise against going to this establishment As I am always disappointed and met with extreme attitude

Coffee at this location always tastes burnt. Bagels are usually a little on the stale side. Staff is very very slow here. Wouldn't recommend stopping here if you're under a time crunch. Usually takes about 15 minutes to get a coffee and a bagel at this one. If you have to, go up Oakland Park a bit to the one on the corner of Andrews its much better quality.

UPDATE: I've spent well over $1,000 at this dunkin donuts this calendar year alone. Today I was told not to come back because I brought groceries to the store today to try and give away to the employees and the District Manager (who everyone thinks is a jerk and is responsible for the insane turnover in staff at this location) tells me it's not a good look. Well guess what? It's gonna be a good look for my wallet not coming and spending money there everyday anymore.
Added picture to show how often I go. I started going to this location mid-March and by July 12 I had already ordered 100 times on the app, not the mention the 20-25 times I paid cash.
We get a large order of donuts and coffee from here every Sunday Morning and they always have it ready for us with all the fixings . Sometimes we have trouble ordering it online but they always have it ready still . The manager is always friendly and the two girls that work every Sunday morning are friendly and very hard working . They stay working hard and I always depend on my order being hot and fresh . They make my Sunday mornings very easy . Thank you ladies.

This is the most professional Dunkin staff I have ever dealt with… I’m from Tampa Bay where everyone is in a pissy mood and don’t care to make sure you got serviced, so I appreciate this Dunkin 100% this morning, for making my route to work pleasurable. Thank you girls!
