⭐ Dunkin’ Wilton Manors – America Runs... the Other Way 🏃♂️💨🍩
Well, I stopped by for a quick donut and coffee, but what I got instead was a spiritual lesson in patience, confusion, and raw emotional turbulence. 🙃☁️
Customer Service?
I’ve had warmer greetings from my printer when it’s jammed. The staff looked at me like I just walked into their living room uninvited during family therapy. 👀😐💔
I asked if they had any fresh donuts and was met with the energy of someone who just found out I dated their ex. “We have... some.”
Ma’am, is this Dunkin’ or an underground rationing facility from 1942?
Coffee?
Ordered an iced coffee with oat milk and caramel. Received what can only be described as a cry for help in liquid form. 🥤😵💫
It tasted like the coffee bean's last dying breath — over ice. The caramel? Nowhere to be found. It ghosted me like a bad Tinder date. 👻
Donuts?
By the time I arrived (8:45 AM, mind you), the selection looked like it had been through the Hunger Games.
I chose a “chocolate glazed,” which turned out to be a hockey puck with sprinkles and deep emotional damage. 🏒🍫😭
Cleanliness?
The floor was a modern art piece made entirely out of sticky footprints, mystery crumbs, and spilled sadness. 🎨👞🍩
Tables? Wiped down in the year of our lord… maybe never. I sat in something that I pray was just icing.
Atmosphere?
The vibe was post-apocalyptic chic with a hint of “someone just quit mid-shift.” Fluorescent lights flickering like a horror movie.
I watched a confused customer ask for a straw and get handed a fork. 🤷♀️🍴
Final Thoughts?
If you're looking for the Dunkin’ experience where time stands still, flavors vanish, and hope goes to die slowly in a cup of burnt espresso — congratulations, you've found the holy grail. 🏆💀
Would I return?
Only if it’s featured in a true crime documentary and I’m doing recon. 🎥🔍

The space is not very comfortable but this is my favorite location because they ALWAYS have DULCE DE LECHE, our favorite flavor of donuts!
Also the staff is very diligent and Maria, the Manager, is super awesome! She knows most of her customers by name and remembers their preferences. She's the best of the best!

I tried to call the store directly and they didn't answer me, the girl who serves the customers steals the points and takes them for herself, this has been happening for months that I've been visiting the store. Here's a photo of her cell phone on top of the counter, she takes the customer's order and takes the points for herself, I think someone should do something about this, I think it's not right.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have never dealt with such rudeness before over simply trying to fix my drink. She became very catty because I wanted more sugar. She kept giving me back the drink tasting the same. She told me her name is Maria but I can’t confirm because she wasn’t wearing her name tag. Extremely unprofessional. I don’t want to come to this location again. Save yourself the trouble/rudness.
First of all, there are 2 doors to this store and one is locked but there is no signage indicating that it is exit only/please use other door. Second, no one working greeted me or acknowledged my existence. I did a mobile order for a Coollatta, expecting something cold and sweet. It was SOUR - utterly, completely SOUR. Unfortunately I didn't realize this until I was back at work or I would have demanded my money back for this clear error.

It doesn’t matter what day of the week it is or time especially in the morning they don’t have what you need to order. I have come here on multiple occasions, asking for breakfast sandwiches that are displayed and they do not have the correct meat or certain egg on multiple occasions. Dislocation needs to work on stocking up on items that are displayed on the screens stating they offer these Items that are on their menu!

Horrible experience at this location. No one appeared to make my latte, while i was there, the young man made comments about my customizations, was very cocky and rude! The manager took my order wrong, I just requested a refund which I was only given a 5 dollar bill and the 13 cent was kept. I'll never purchase from this location again in life

Amalek is the young man that will make your day. I've been to this location numerous times since he started and I've never seen him in anything but a great mood. In recent weeks I've been to a couple of different locations. The one located at
2609 N. Dixie Highway Wilton Manors, FL will never receive my business again after a young lady screamed and cursed at me and was not reprimanded for her actions. How she was able to keep her job is beyond me.
The next location was
Here at 50 W Oakland Park Blvd when a young man acted almost as if was disturbing him. No greeting, not a "hello" not a "thank you" and not even a total for my food or even repeating the order. He even tossed my bag at me. I was shocked and wasn't gonna come back. When I walked by and saw Amalek with his happy-go-lucky attitude it helped me decide that I would only stop in when he was there. Amalek, keep that positive attitude and great personality! To the managers and staff take a lesson from this young man. A smile and greeting go a long way!
P.S. I apologize for the "guy talk" and for using the bad words. Thanks for calling me out on that. Lol
