Amalek is the young man that will make your day. I've been to this location numerous times since he started and I've never seen him in anything but a great mood. In recent weeks I've been to a couple of different locations. The one located at 2609 N. Dixie Highway Wilton Manors, FL will never receive my business again after a young lady screamed and cursed at me and was not reprimanded for her actions. How she was able to keep her job is beyond me. The next location was Here at 50 W Oakland Park Blvd when a young man acted almost as if was disturbing him. No greeting, not a "hello" not a "thank you" and not even a total for my food or even repeating the order. He even tossed my bag at me. I was shocked and wasn't gonna come back. When I walked by and saw Amalek with his happy-go-lucky attitude it helped me decide that I would only stop in when he was there. Amalek, keep that positive attitude and great personality! To the managers and staff take a lesson from this young man. A smile and greeting go a long way!

All employees needs to wear gloves when fixing customers drink and food I seen employees without gloves with half there hands touching drinks and the food and they need to change gloves frequently and wash hands when coming from the restroom wash hands in the kitchen ..wash hands area when returning to the kitchen and a hair net

Unfortunately that was nothing! After waiting 30 minutes (!) for two bagels with bacon, egg and cheese, we asked how long it would take. Answer: “We’re out of plain bagels.” Why didn't anyone come up with the idea of telling us this when ordering? The sesame bagels we chose as a replacement were ready in no time. Sorry I tipped in advance. That won't happen to me again.

There is a young gentleman that's working this morning (it is now 6:45 a.m.)and he's always so happy always so lively and always so sincere. Next time I go in I'll keep an eye out for that name badge but if it helps he's the only guy behind the counter
After several attempts, the employee was unable to unlock the cash register, meaning no order was possible. She started shouting that we should wait and cursing. Another employee + a functioning cash register system might make sense at this branch.

They man making the sandwiches is extremely rude. I arrived my drink was ready and my food wasn't. He went to make my order He was not making it right when I told him he told me to relax. I will not return and advise people to drive a little further as there is a dunkin' on every corner. Very unprofessional.

Some of the employees seem very nice, but the other ones have attitudes whenever you ask them for a modification to something. Also, side-note, the tea there always taste old. The donuts are great though.
