Breakfast was good and Cafe con leche was ?. We ordered a pan con bistec that came out so tough that in one bite the whole steak came out and couldn't be bitten apart or even torn w hands so sent it back and ordered eggs.

Loved the ambiance of this place, very welcoming, energetic, and good music as you eat or just have your café con leche. The owner was present and very sweet to everyone. They are always on the go due to the high demand on coffee through their TO-GO window but very much aware of what the customer needs. Good customer service and claro que un delicioso café con Leche. Super chevere con todo de lo que ofrecen! I recommend it stopping by, se los recomiendo que lo visiten! Probecho!

I got the cuban, but to me at least the bread of the Cuban was not hard or crispy. Maybe I'm biased as I grew up with Cuban sandwiches from Ybor, but I was kinda a let down.
⭐⭐I had a disappointing experience at Las Colinas recently. I ordered the Dominican breakfast, looking forward to enjoying a delicious meal. However, when I received my order, I was shocked to find that the eggs were green. Concerned about the quality and safety of the food, I immediately contacted the staff to address the issue.Unfortunately, my experience only worsened from there. The lady I spoke with on the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive. Despite explaining that I had refrigerated the breakfast upon receiving it and only noticed the issue when I went to reheat it, she refused to offer any solution or replacement. Her lack of empathy and professionalism left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.Customer service is paramount in the restaurant industry, and the way my concerns were handled fell far short of expectations. I believe that if a mistake occurs, it should be rectified with courtesy and understanding. However, the response I received from the staff was anything but.I had hoped for a resolution to this issue, but the rude and unhelpful attitude of the staff has led me to share my experience here. I would caution others considering dining at to be wary of the customer service they may encounter.

I ordered 2 pan con bistec to go, both sandwiches completely slobbered with mayonnaise when asked just for no onions… and both sandwiches falling apart entirely…fries ??? Was like biting into ice cream….i ordered a side of 4 croquetas and they were also cold and tasted like paint! Horrible never ordering

Excellent! The empanada tastes excellent. The Cuban and Miami sandwiches are excellent as well; the bread is quite soft! As there isn't much activity inside, the wait time for lunch was a little longer than anticipated. Nevertheless, our Airbnb host suggested a nice tiny lunch place that was worth checking out.
